It is Di Matteo nailed on when we bin Pardew, from his agents comments we have already sounded him out. Don't like the guy, don't particularly rate him as a manager but he would be miles better than the s**** we have been served the past three years. The team stay in the premiership in spite of Pardew, Carver and Stones management. At least Di Matteo/Poyet would maybe put more spice back into the derby. I would echo the sentiments of having Kinnear back in charge.. we might still play s*** but at least he would make sure that the players give a damn.

Actions of someone just off the phone to Ashley? Aye, Mike just heard there was a match on today..

"Whats that? Pardew suffers another embarrassing defeat? No comment.. huh huh huh" http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/12/27/article-2253675-168D6B52000005DC-756_468x319.jpg

Not sure if Santon playing CB is a good idea I agree entirely but it wouldn't have been a better plan than potentially ruining Dummetts development. Let's hope he has the mentality to learn from it and move on, which he should do if he is going to succeed in this league. Why put him in that position though?
-
To be fair to dummet he is not a fucking cb and shouldn't be playing there. Certainly not a premier league cb. Pardew Absolutely fed him to the wolves today and should have protected him more by putting santon in the middle, who at least has first team experience there and could take the flack from a bad performance. He has risked potentially ruining a promising player today.

Perfectly legit quote, just wish he was talking about us not our opposition each week.

Have you ever played with or against someone who's made it?

Lot of my mates played regularly with Gareth Barry, randomly met Beardsley at the Euro Tunnel though. -
As long as we don't have to see him try to play for England again I'm happy. Worse, haven't we been tenuously linked with him.. could see him coming here. Still be better than what we got behind Hatem.

Great debut from Townsend. Lots of promise there. Absolute gash first half though.. Welbeck incapable of knowing what playing out wide means. Sick of shouting in frustration the number of times we tried attacking down the left and he was completely missing, before coming into view upfront through the middle with Rooney and Sturridge. Its time to put Gerrard to pasture or at least start him on the bench. Not convinced by Cahill and Jageilka either.

Aye, too bad we didnt get a beast of a defender like Douglas.
-
Thought as much, have seen Fergie pop up at LB from the bench too. Annoying he isn't getting games though.
-
Bad sign he can't get games for a struggling Birmingham side, not sure what he is doing wrong seeing as Clark said he really rates him. Anyone know what the craic is?
-
He is an automatic starter again for next week now he played in a winning team. It's a gutter Mapou has fluffed his lines because he could really be great alongside Colo, chemistry is just not there yet though.

Fucks sake woke up and saw the sacking headline. Knew it was too good to be true.

Obertan is more skilled than Routledge but has zero confidence or brain to use his skills. Routledge actually uses his brain for picking out passes and when in possession. He is also much more direct than Ober too, reminds of a more direct but less skilled version of Marveaux. Ironically if the latter was as direct he could easily be staking a claim for a starting position.

Watching Swansea/Arsenal. Still can't believe we binned Routeledge. Granted we needed a little better but twice the player Obertan is.

Poyet could just as easily end tits up.. but I think there is something about his teams so far, they all at least try and play flowing football although still quite direct. Id much rather Pulis went there. Pretty funny with Di Matteo though, kudos there. Wouldn't surprise me if he has already been sounded out for us too we should do much better.. At least its not kinnear.
