Have we confirmed whether it's his knee or Roseys?
-
Enough recuperation time to be ready for his next big job at NUFC. Literally the funniest thing I have seen though, resigning over his knee. I thought someone had hacked the BBC website.

Define broken. I wouldn't say we have been broken more like slowly poisoned. It's so much worse looking back to how much different i felt. If I reflect to several years ago and look how I feel about the club it's scary. Each passing humiliation is just numbed.. I get angry then I simply find myself questioning why I care. Especially now I'm living in Canada. I find myself more excited by the mls right now. We have been slowly drained of hope and interest. One by one, humiliation after humiliation. This summer will be a huge summer for the club. If we continue on this course and don't hire someone credible and spend money in the summer I think there will be a considerable amount of people that will, as much as they can, walk away from the club. This club has been my biggest passion since I was a kid. I will always love it, but I cant keep letting it ruin my day or make me feel like crap when I try and muster up excitement just to be slapped back down again by the clubs predictable lack of ambition. Our fans are too good for the club at the moment and there is only so much more people will endure, each time the interest and love will fade just like everything that was good about this club and made us fall in love with it seems to be. Like most things in life once it's gone it will be hard to get it back. Job done Mike.

Sorry, meant the 3 club rule. Most of the bigger clubs are maxed out on DP's, there is probably a way around it though. Id expect the MLS would probably take a good whack of the wage to get him to the league.
-
Aren't the MLS still dictated by Fifa rules? If he can simply just become a free agent and do that, bypassing the Fifa club rule, then it is a no brainer for him to join an MLS team for the next 6 months. He will get his confidence back, live a great lifestyle and hopefully get the chance to return to Europe at the end.. if he wants to. God knows who would have the money to take him though.

Can only do 2 over the age of 23 in England. But can't find owt about what the Scottish FA say. Moot point when they are all under 23 and maybe not standard loans anyway? 53.2.5 No more than 2 Players who are over 23 may join one Club from another Club on a Standard Loan in any Season.” Seems the rules don't count for foreign players/clubs.

Relying on Saska, streete and Good to fill out our cb options (colo, willow and Dummett) grim. Zero chance of a replacement for Santon, janmaat and Taylor at RB. Haidara and Dummy at LB. Then the likes of Anita, colback, Gutierrez and the younglings to fill in. Given the chaff below us in the table they will be more than happy to limp on to seasons end and maybe pick up a freebie.

Uncle Mike. Remit on course to be achieved again.
-
Really JC was absolutely horrific in my eyes. Hid, gave the ball away constantly, didn't track back almost causing us to concede when we were overrun in the box and generally added nothing going forward. I'm not a colback hater but he and colo were beyond woeful Imo.
-
Dissapointing but on the cards the minute Haidara came in. Had a feeling we wouldn't see him back in the starting line up when he got fit again. Shame, I don't think he wants to leave. More general pisses in the face of fans tmrw then. At least one player out if not more. Zero in.
-
It will be my Honor to watch him become the next Gerrard at Spurs in a couple of years.
-
Made Williamson look competent yesterday. He might not be finished but he is increasingly looking like it. He certain needs to get his head In the right place. Maybe he is just focussing too much time in thinking about how he is going to manage the team with carver next season.
-
Had a great game imo. But no surprise I say that when he is easy on the eye compared to colback who was utter turd once again. Abeid > Anita > colback Have to play Abeid and Moussa behind DeJong for me. Far too attacking for our coaches though.

Comes across as a right twat in that interview, to the point it looks like they almost stick him up a bit. Probably, not far from the truth though. His general arrogance and incessant delusional self promotion of his supposed talents, experience and people he has worked under is staggering. We are supposed to believe he isn't a yes man and has this wealth of knowledge and experience working under some greats that will see improved performances. Yet there is no evidence of any of that happening while he has been back at the club if he is good enough and not a yes man. Literally don't know what to do as a supporter when his appointed full time in July, after our two month "search" wields nothing.

We have stooped to new depths. Knowing we are too long in the tooth to fall for any leaked information regarding potential first team signings we actually have no intention of signing, we are on to youth players which seems more plausible.
-
As if Cisse is back today or tomorrow. Striker problem, what striker problem? Dejong can play up there too you kno!
-
[quote author=Beautiful Day link=topic=74002.msg5410329#msg5410329 date= ] Delegates responsibility to give himself less to do. Carver not so thick after all. I like that he doesn't mention woodman. "Has Andy been given more responsibility too john?" "Oh god no." Guess Beardsley is out of the first team picture again?
-
Don't blame him in the least. Would must be destroyed like ours.. finally get rid of Pardew, given hope of garde then replaced that with John fucking carver in charge...indefinitely. I'd want out.
-
A more ominous sign is how highly they obviously rate carver, stone and woodman. We might have some great names interested come summer but wouldn't surprise me if they are told the three stooges have to stay at the club. Which will probably lead us right back to just Carver being interested.
-
Are we sure Vince McMahon didn't buy us? It's like last night's royal rumble all over again. Hype up Garde, then eliminate him early and piss off the fans, then give the top spot to someone that is clearly out of his depth.
-
Fully expect us to take until mid July until we fuck it up and appoint Carver again. Honestly this club. It's broken beyond repair, I honestly think we will struggle to stay in the league. Worried beyond belief.
-
Was it just me that read Carvers quotes and felt that Carver thinks he has the job full time?
-
Hope he enjoys his bonus for all that cash he is saving Ashely while gambling with our premiership future. They do realize that the money saved on a new coach will be lost, in fact more so just in terms of our likely placing in the league. Maybe the parachute payments will make up for it.
