  1. Looked shagged second half. Had a good chance to put the game to bed. Lacking confidence. Cabaye on the other hand was class- What happened with his freekick? Looked away then saw it rattle back off the post
  2. Sat too deep second half, had chances to kill them off on the break but the pressing from our lot dropped, and we just sat back and invited pressure. A decent team would have got a point out of the second half. Poor tactics, needed Anita on for ball retention, Sissoko and Tiote a liability in the middle in that kind of setup.
  3. Welsh male voice choir singing Blaydon Races at half time in front of the away end at half time, bizzare but amazing - Cardiff fans were LIVID.
  4. Same Got ESPN for this month especially. Hoping for two big wins Saturday. I'm feeling good about both games. However Fremantle just like Newcastle are capable of imploding. Are you from Perth originally? Agreed, two clubs have scarily similar traits. Nope, lived in Freo for a couple of years, heading back for a visit in Nov.

  7. Referred to us as 'we' during the analysis
  8. Yes, didn't really enjoy it. Sat with my Chelsea mate when Acuna scored to equalise...........I kept quiet but my mate turned to me and said loudly "man you're playing really well" Idiot I also watched us lose at Spurs 3-1 when Solano had scored a quality goal. I just don't find you can enjoy it really but I suppose it can depend on which ground you go to. Was sat in the home end for that one too! I've done it 3 times. Then, Leeds, where there was a massive brawl involving another toon fan in the home end and at Old Trafford when Rooney scored that wonder goal against us. Never again after that. Had to really restrain when Ambrose scored then the only one still sat down when Rooneys goal went in. Didn't even get up off my seat to keep my cover.
  9. I really want to smash things up. I'm not a violent person. Birtles ffs.
  10. Liverpool have an absolutely rank starting XI like. Liverpool: Jones, Wisdom, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson, Gerrard, Allen, Sahin, Fernandez Saez, Suarez, Sterling. (Subs: Gulacsi, Jose Enrique, Assaidi, Henderson, Downing, Carragher, Shelvey.)
  11. Off the top of my head I think it's Lee Fraser , Nile Ranger, Conor Newton, Remie Streete, Yven Moyo, Xisco, Rob Elliot, Steve Harper, Tim Krul, Jak Alnwick, Curtis Good, Bradden Inman, Mehdi Abeid, Adam Campbell, Wayne Farrage

    Alan Pardew

I love the seconds pause he does and momentarily looks tongue tied and probably thinks 'Should I do it, should I do it, directors box... I could definitely cover this up by running my hands through my hair and sitting back down' and then nah, f*** that! "Yeahhhhhhhhhhh, f***ing GET IN"
  13. 40 appearances for Inter over 3 years, 28 already for us. Only 21 and improving with regular first team football, exciting times ahead

Have that Pardew stalker video on in the background from :45 where it gets super techno whilst browsing this: http://silverfoxfan.tumblr.com/. Been stuck for hours.

  19. Greg Rutherford is the great grandson of John Rutherford, played for us between 1902-1913, 290 appearences, 78 goals, winning 3 titles and the FA Cup. Nicknamed "The Newcastle Flyer" factoids. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  20. Watched most of the game last night, but missed both Greece goals so watched the highlights on the BBC website... HOW ITV are allowed to broadcast football is beyond me.. there were a a couple of German goals that were met with about a couple of seconds silence and then some bog standard commentary line and some sleep inducing analysis. I couldn't even work out if Kloses goal had been allowed seen as though it was met with silence and not much else! In contrast the BBC met every goal with some form of enthusiasm ... pretty critical when the game is dogshit. FU ITV
  21. Troisi? could be making that up. Aye, that's who I'm getting mixed up with.
  22. I've always thought he was Aussie for some reason!? Have we ever had an Aussie kid in the youth team?
  23. Jonas, having to play 3 different positions at the same time has taken it's toll
