Descritpion from SAFC web site (which is doing a better job than ours on updating this game):

Thanks for the clarifications.

There are 25 in that list but not all of them need to be registered. Can we leave off Gosling (in favour of Kadar, Vuckic or Tavernier) and then alter the squad of 25 (we register with the FA) in January?

Cough... Scottish international... cough

I thought you were going to have a rickroll link there. +10 credibility points.

A review of events so far: Dassier has been spinning this from the start. It is in his interest to announce that we and Bremen are interested and that hoepfully one of us will pull the trigger and pay more. All sides are just playing a bit of poker, but unlike us, Dassier has decided to try to do this through the media (he's an ex-journo and clearly a cunt). I can't see NUFC much in the wrong here. The most likely story here is that OM set up a list of requirements to have Ben Afra leave... HBA's agents contacted NUFC which could meet those goals. OM decided to ask for more and no doubt NUFC said no, they preferred the original deal. Dassier tries to shop him to other clubs and probably got some limited response from Bremen so he's just trying to play NUFC and Bremen off of eachother, but both Bremen and NUFC are playing it close to their chest so Ben Afra hasn't gone anywhere. Dassier's a cunt. No matter what happens Dassier will not get what he wanst out of this deal. So it will just be down to who he wants to be a bigger cunt to. Right now it looks like he's talking up Bremen out of spite to NUFC and HBA's represenatives. Hopefully Bremen will piss him off more so he'll send him to us.

Er, what are you reading exactly? Most people are saying just what you are. Ronaldo in a "trying to pick a fight with the whole forum" shock.

Not as bad as I predeicted (4-0 loss so a goal better). We were let off by a sub-par Rooney. Barton stopped challenging for the ball after he was acrded and in general didn't run at the Man U midfield for my liking. I would have subbed him for Guthrie before I would sub out Smith who at least put his oar in. Barton thinks he is the best English midfielder... I hope he had his head shook by this game and realises how far he has to go. Perch isn't good enough. I'd play just about anyone back there in his place. He was being protected by Routeledge as well who tracked back consistantly. Routeledge was our only outlet and his passing let him down. If he could cross consistantly we'd have a great player. Not sure that will ever happen though. Still, he has confidence - he tried to dribble it through Rooney and Berbatov out of defense. He got away with it too, that's balls. I didn't think WIlliamson and COloccini were that bad, but they didn't seem to be able to anticipate eachotehr very well. That also goes for Perch who was way in over his head and got in Williamson's way.

I am thinking we will line up as... --------------------Harper Perch---Mancienne---Colocini---Jose Gutierrez--------Aravelo---------Routeledge Ben Arfa----------Carroll----------Bellamy

Also Leeds of that same year away Acuna absolutely owned their midfield. ...but yeah Arevalo is 28... I thought there was a transfer policy?

This is nailed on as a Hall of Fame thread.

Same as BT. Anyone but Man U. maybe City because it would annoy Man U supporters the most.

My prediction: revealed at tomorrow's open training. Just to show him what he has gotten himself into.

Not a huge fan of Bradley's team selection, but he's usually putting lipstick on a pig anyway (managing the US anyway). I doubt there's anything in it. "Lerner's a yank so yank manager" - is the logic teh red tops are following there.
-
Thank you for this. Their predictions are remarkably similar to ours. Very funny that none of them have Owen starting.
-
Looks like he's about to have an accidental gasoline fight accident.
-
4-0 to them and we'll have a perfectly good goal disallowed or clear penalty waved away as is typical.

MKSC: Pompey is different than all of those clubs. Pompey is actually relevant. Not to sound like Crumpy but, South of London there are only two real teams: Soton and Pompey. The rest are just WC England fans and watchers of the egg chaser game.
-
If Pompey was liquidated they'd end up reforming (like the Dons) and have to start over again as FC Pompey or something. It would still suck for their supporters; being down in the lower leagues for ages, all the uncertainty, Soton gloating, etc.

LOL just told everyone to fuck off.
-
Barton with redemption!

Ryan Taylor with his trademark enthusiasm.
