Thick as Mince. His first booking was absolutely ridiculous. He had ample opportunity to head clear but let it bounce and made a situation for himself because of it and then ridiculously dragged Willian by the neck.

In the first half there were no stoppages whatsoever and everyone around me was saying the ref will blow bang on 45 mins here there's been no breaks in play at all yet he played a minute. 2nd half there should have been no more than 3 minutes tops. Atkinson seemed to want to play on until they scored.

He played 45mins and made some mistakes. Not holding it against him or anything but waaaaaaaaay too early to start calling him 'outstanding'. Made some fantastic saves, wasn't wound up by Drogba or Terry and cleaned out Costa the first time a high ball was hoyed in the box. I thought he had a great game.

I thought we were absolutely outstanding today. Total commitment from 1 to 11 and a perfect gameplan as well. Mourinho, Drogba, Schurle and Ivanovic can all fuck off. Bad Losers.

I thought he was outstanding and should be an automatic starter while Krul is injured with Woodman on the bench.

Apparently the Red Card supercedes the 5th booking so he get's a one match ban for the red card and is still 1 booking away from a suspension. or so I'm told.
