I think they should sanction, half of spanish clubs, Manchester United, Milan and a whole lot of clubs which have billions of debts. Why would they do that? There's nothing wrong with debt if its sustainable and clearly at the moment for those clubs it is, otherwise they'd be losing enough money per season to break FFP regulations. Almost every company have debt, Microsoft have billions in debt and its fine because they make massive sums of profit so its never an issue, in fact its usually seen as a good thing in business. Football isn't quite the same, but the fact is debt is really only a bad thing when its continued losses that can't be sustained.

Hah yeah I thought about that but then why even offer the bonus for 10th if he doesn't want that finish as a minimum requirement. It's an incentive. If we're top half we're not going down, ergo he doesn't have to spend any money on the squad. I suppose, but what's the difference now in TV money per place?, bonus likely pays for itself.
