They're so gutted that our relegation isn't going how they dreamed it would Wonder if they've taken any time out to think about how Sunderland will do next year?
-
The lads a terrible Footballer, happy he's managing to get a game for France if it means we get a bigger fee. But doesn't change my mind on what a absolute pile of shit he is.
-
A fuck load to replace him? Majority of last season he was either anonymous or actively sabotaged our play. I'd say not having him in the side would have actually helped us stay up.
-
Definitely got a spark of something about him.
-
Would snatch their hands off getting a combined £50m for those two. Would even throw Gouffran in for free. I'd be prepared to do it for £49,500,000 if they take Gouffran.
-
Less we sell for the less Rafa has to spend..
-
A law used to make it sound like someone's being punished when in reality nothing has happened.
-
Look up the meaning of talented pls Aye what the fuck is he on about? Not talented because he wasn't a team player .. which is also complete bollocks BTW. Quite clearly one of the most talented players to play for us.
-
Only 11 months left on Gouffran's contract, should just offer him 500k to fuck off. He'd be better off taking that part payment and spending the summer looking for his last big contract than sitting on his arse for another season and looking for a new deal next summer when he's 31.

They made it clear in the past that the "coach" never had full control of transfers and that the board, of which Carr was a member, made the decision together. Even back with Keegan they were vague at times on who had control. They've now stated 100% unequivocally that Benitez has full control over all Football related matters. If anyone thinks he'd sign a new contract without concrete assurances of that or sit by while people claim he's making all the decisions when he isn't they're mad, he'd be off in a shot. Also what does Townsend have to do with it?, having full control over transfers doesn't mean you can force players to stay when they have release clauses.
-
Identity building sessions.. How about training a team to play Football?, you cunt! The nerve of the pathetic fraud having a go at Shearer. At least Shearer was the best at what he did, you were a below average player and now you're a fucking shit manager you utter twat!
-
Why?, Carr never started with the kind of control he had. He was a scout with some connections that helped us sign certain players but he never ran (or part ran anyway) recruitment originally. He was obviously put in a role above that and failed (though that has to be tempered by the fact that every player he signed had to be agreed with a committee). But there's no reason at all why he can't assist Rafa, with the manager making the final decisions to make sure the transfers are of a quality he needs. Fact is Benitez wouldn't be here if he wasn't in control of all Football matters, that's obvious.

Well the Next England manager might be Or Townsend might just be part of a team dominating the league under a top class manager and get into the England squad anyway. Fact is we aren't going to be the normal Championship side as far as media attention goes, we weren't last time. There's no reason he'd necessarily be ignored. At worst he could compete to get into the squad in the year of the world cup when we've (hopefully) been back in the Premier League for a year.
-
He'd do a better job as well.
-
I don't think any player would normally because clubs at this level usually buy players for the Championship. Instead we seem to be buying players that we know will be good enough if we come back up. No doubt Ritchie is a Premier League quality player, which is why we're having to pay Premier League wages.
-
What?, is he going to buy them all fake ID's so they can be like him?, fucking tit.
-
Next tournament is 2 years away, also Guttierez got into the world cup squad in the same year we were in the Championship. Just think for a lad who's suffered years of moving from one club to another, never being allowed to settle, this is a stupid thing to do. He's settled on the pitch for us quickly, the fans like him and the club is looking positively to the future with a top class manager and him as one of our main players. Likely a season dominating the Championship and he can hopefully go back into the Premier League as a integral part of a side he knows and plays week in week out with full of confidence. Instead he's going to move again, to a side that was arguably the worst side in Europe in the second half of last season.
-
Silly boy, his problem playing wise seems to be that he's never been given the chance to settle. Now he's fucking up his own chances of settling, poor stupid fucker.
-
He's been desperate to go there for years, hes got some balls if hes asking for any money out of it. This is how it should go if he is "please let me go" "ok you can go" "how much you going to pay me to go then" "go and fuck yourself you clown".
-
He joined us with 10 games left of a Season? Before that he had been off managing abroad, what could he have actually seen of either Ritchie or Gayle, Ritchie only recently playing Prem footy, Gayle hardly playing any Prem footy this season. You think he scouted Ritchie in the championship? Behave cause Carr's behind the pair, maybe the scouted evidence is enough though to justify Raffa agreeing they will work in the championship. You can't be that naive. Sorry if that sounds cuntish Not cuntish, just moronic. You clearly haven't read a thing about Rafa or his player databases. Still, the good thing about being completely wrong is that you still have a chance to educate yourself. So top of his database was Ritchie & Gayle. Ok genius. Er, top of the database would be players we can't attract.
-
Aye, grade A horseshit like, Rafa just accepting other people signing players for him, yeah ok..
-
Who's ever mentioned getting rid of Mbemba? We'll obviously try to get rid of Gouffran, Riviere, Thauvin, Cisse, none of them will be missed in the slightest. Then probably 6 from Tiote, Shelvey, Wijnaldum, Townsend, Sissoko, Krul, Janmaat, Saivet, Perez. Hopefully we keep Townsend, Perez and Saivet.
-
You're missing the fact that very few of those appearances for Palace were full matches. For instance you're looking at 25 appearances, but if you look at minutes it only comes to 12 full matches.
-
Odd looking lad but I like him as a player

Don't complete the transfer until the player has a work permit. Also the government hasn't declared that EU players will require work permits even after we leave the EU yet (at the end of the day its their decision, nowt to do with the EU). Plus we haven't even left yet.
