Please buy Sissoko for £35m you stupid cunt
-
Not much of a competition if RTG is anything to go by. Haven't been on there for a while but last time I checked it could be described more as a anti Newcastle forum than a Sunderland fan forum.
-
If Rafa wants him fine.
-
This on TV anywhere?
-
£110 million for Pogba.. he fucking better perform like Either way it'll always be mentioned due to the fact they let him go for nowt.
-
What kind of runs are you referring too? People can argue over terminology all they like but surely nobody thinks his control is actually good? At best its very erratic
-
No his first touch actually is shit for a Premier League footballer. He's quick enough to often make up for it by getting to the ball first, which can get him away from a player (they get drawn in to the tackle and he nips away). But the number of times his first touch lets him down is the most frustrating thing about him. I didn't say he was shit, but by Premier League standards his first touch most definitely is.
-
No idea what you've been watching if you think Sissoko's control is good like His first touch is shit, don't know how anyone can argue with that.
-
He trained with Ben Arfa, Cabaye ect, he's trained with top players for France. His control is just shite and no amount of training with top players will change that at his age. He's good on the counter, running into space, because his lack of ball control isn't a issue there and he's powerful and quick. That's why he usually did better against the bigger sides, because they'd come out and attack us and leave gaps on the counter. Sit back and ask him to play through you though and he's fucked, he's not a good passer and he often overuns the ball.
-
He's fucking amazing, he's just a proper manager and the difference in the whole club with him in charge vs pond scum like Pardew is just night and day. No need to argue over the meaning of his comments, "will you spend more" "yeah", simple as that.

Moussa's thick as mince, in life as in Football.
-
Crucifying him wouldnt be enough for most here, I mean the the absolute balls of someone to wish somebody else good luck. Perhaps crucifying him then shooting him? Really hope this was just for the crucifixion joke like, funny either way though
-
Aye no reason to sell him cheap, he's on a long contract and we'll likely bring in a load from Wijnaldum and Sissoko anyway so we aren't desperate for the money. If he shows little this year then we can think about getting ird, he's contracted till 2020.
-
Only comparing in so much as being in the right place at the right time (arguable obviously), don't think anyones making comparisons on style of play or ability.
-
I could definitely see why Rafa wasn't playing Shelvey in that run in. He was trying to quickly drill some discipline into the team. Colback has far less ability than Shelvey but can at least take basic instructions and concentrate for more than 10 seconds at a time. Also its not in his contract to start FFS, even if you could do that it would be easy enough to get around.

Played as a central midfielder for Hull last season.
-
They aren't up to Premier League standard as midfielders, but they're up to Championship standard. Last time out we had Smith, Guthrie, Nolan, Butt and Barton. Smith was even worse then Colback, Nolan was the epitome of a passenger, Butt was completely finished, Guthrie was very lightweight (never good enough to be consistently decent in the Premier League) and Barton was basically our only decent midfielder. Now I'm not saying we should be overly confident and just assume we have enough because the Championship is shit. If Sissoko/Tiote leave I'd like to see a good midfielder come in. But at the same time I'm not going to overate the league and say that the likes of Colback and Anita aren't up to its standard, because frankly its standard is shit.
-
Can't say I want him at all like, if Rafa wanted him then fair enough. But I doubt we're very interested if he's signing for Norwich.
-
Aye its just because he congratulated him Howay man think about the context here. Its like publicly congratulating a lad for leaving his girlfriend for a better woman when you're still friends with the ex..
-
No matter what way you look at it, moving from a relegated team to Liverpool after you've done absolutely nothing for the last 6 month of the season is worth congratulating. Its also very disrespectful to his current club and its fans.
-
Wishing good look and congratulating for managing to leave isn't really the same thing like..
-
Only thing that pisses me off is that the fat smug prick will feel vinidcated by their transfer policy of the past 5 years and more. Not when he's just lost far more from relegation, which is partly due to our transfer policy.
-
See I don't get this, why do you think he'd improve so much under Rafa this season? Everyone basically looked like shit before Rafa came in, but within a few games he had most of them looking like new players. But Wijnaldum was one of the few still looking no better, one of those who ended up really costing us when we failed to win against Villa. Wondering around the pitch like he didn't have a fucking care in the world. Did really well in the last game when it didn't matter to us one jot though, when he was playing against a team who might be interested in signing him, only thing that motivates him is him.

Aye 7 a side as well sometimes.

Freddy Shepherd must have asked him to fail miserably
