The thing is even when the apathy disappeared and we went on a run after Benitez came in, he was one of the few who still looked lost.

At least he showed something under Benitez, more than Wijnaldum who didn't improve one bit.

As shit as Wijnaldum was of course he did more for us last season than Sissoko. Point is I believe Sissoko could be motivated by Benitez, I saw nowt from Wijnaldum in the last 10 games to suggest the same. Both are going anyway, and both should go, wastes of space and nobody should want to keep either.

But that means fuck all if he rarely shows it. Couldn't get motivated for most games last season. He'll probably be even more of a unmotivated passenger in the Championship. I don't want either him or Sissoko here. But I do think Sissoko can at least apply himself under Benitez and lets face it, you don't need technical quality to do well in this league.

Don't understand why anyones eager to keep Wijnaldum. Sissoko is frustrating as fuck but I'd even rather keep him.

Seems like he's just saying we should bring in a backup center back rather than someone meant to as a starter ahead of Lacelles and Mbemba.

Rarely have I worried less about replacing a first teamer. If he hadn't been in the side for those last 10 games I think we'd probably have stayed up.

Still more than he's worth. Most of the time last season I'd have been happier for him to be anywhere else but our starting 11.

You can't be at all serious here surely? He gave us some good moments, but others have undoubtedly left a far bigger impact in that time.

Don't particularly like either Sissoko or Wijnaldum. But even Sissoko stepped up a bit once Benitez got a handle on things. Right till the end Wijnaldum was nowt but a liability. Yet the fucker can turn around and talk about how well he's done, delusional and and absolutely no soul what so ever.

They're so gutted that our relegation isn't going how they dreamed it would Wonder if they've taken any time out to think about how Sunderland will do next year?

The lads a terrible Footballer, happy he's managing to get a game for France if it means we get a bigger fee. But doesn't change my mind on what a absolute pile of shit he is.
