Is the team better with or without him? With him for me! Aye, frustrating but I will put up with it for what he brings to the table
-
There are zero complaints about what he offers us going forward and creating. We look very ordinary going forward when he isn´t on the pitch. But, It is possible that Eddie´s minimum requirement is that every player also runs the "hard yards" and carries out technical positioning and pressing. Which is fair enough. Last night for his first ten minutes he was covering pass lines much better, holding a defensive position when needed and pressing a little harder than usual, then he started to slow down. My own opinion is that for team morale and "fairness", the players that are putting in 110% each game are those that are keeping their places (see Krafth; runs a load and tries hard, but is gash = and keeps his place...), not sure I wholly agree but that is what it looks like.

After a good night´s sleep, it was a collective error that lost us the game, probably due to the fact that we were complacent because they were so dobbins (this is what annoyed most), and also a bit of tiredness. We totally dominated the game up until that point to be fair... Can´t win them all.

Dubs was badly positioned for their goal. Krafth was lower than average. Schar played well. Dan made one mistake and it cost us. Target was solid. The two joes played well but not up to previous highs. Bruno great 1st half, average 2nd. Fraser was neat and worked hard but didnt impact on it. Almiron ran about a lot but made little impact. Harrassed well... ASM didnt get going and murphy was ok. A 30 second lapse lost us the game. We never looked like losing all game tbh. Bad luck today, especially against those twats

Doucoure gave him a better game today. He was good but not as great as has been.
-
In the last 15 gordon had the ball and krafth was sprinting backward backing off at 100mph, honestly one of the worst defenders i have seen. Before that he must have had a positive pass percentage of about 30%
-
Poor from him today. He hasnt been as bad in other games as people are making out
-
Very poor for the goal. Dan burn got well out of position and should have brought him down, then the rest if the defense ball watching and not marking the runner. 1 minute of poor concentratiin and those scumbags score.

1% of 300 Billion = 3 Billion , I reckon we could stop monitoring Dirk kuyt and actually buy him!!

would rather risk Joe Linton for this game and win it. if we win this one we are literally safe -

I am sure Eddie has a gameplan and we will attack them whilst making it tough for them. I would like to see Maximan and Fraser on the team sheet to phscologically get them on the back foot from the start and also Big Joe to get a bit of muscle into the midfield. Big Chris will hopefully have a better game. Bruno deffo starts since Jonjo is out, willock will also surely start. We should do this lot! -

Aye, bad worker thoough... bit of a nag apparently! -
I think the homesickness/head turned/sulky bugga would mean a return is very unlikely. He has turned out to be a very good accomplished player.

Was last seen out making hay whilst the sun shone... -
Jesus! Sounds like we have the next Gascoigne according to their forum! Great experience for the lad, next level should be a championship team but with the right type of football, something similar to what we play here. Also like the fact that the link up with joey barton seems to be working, we can send more loanees to develop there...

I hope we don´t bring him down, he seems quite emotional! I agree that just his presence keeps a couple of defenders occupied and further back i.e. not bring the ball forward. But it does get annoyin when he is just strolling around instead of at least half running...

I have gotten tired of the Guardian and their "anonymous source" "Close Acquaintance" etc...etc.. ie. we are making this up and twisting opinion. I imagine most of the papers do this but the guardian is the worst culprit. Generally read the times and Independant for a contrasted view...

Maxi needs to play against this lot. After destroying them earlier in the season they will be terrified if he is on the pitch... -

Gonna go back to a 353 for the scouse mackems: -------------------Dubs-------------------- ---Lascelles-------Schar---------Big Dan---- Wee man-----------Bruno-----------------Targett ----willock----------Big Joe---------ASM---- ----------------Big Chris------------ -
No way he is coming back to the UK. Tarnished reputation behind the scenes. is also known as a bit of a prima donna at La Real...
-
The rumours over here were that his entourage made advances to both Athletic and Sociedad to come and get him. Benitez didn´t like the fact that his head was elswhere, he didn´t wnt to put in the hard work and therefore didn´t play him. Only find out these titbits after the fact... His only interest in Newcastle was using us as a stepping stone, could have been homesickness but that shouldn´t stop you being professional and giving your all?
-
Aye, but if you asked him to turn on the spot, the QE2 could do it faster...
-
Would love Rudiger, what a cnut of a player (when he is on the other side). Kante would be a dream signing with brun and big jow either side of him
-
Phillips as our holding midfielder, out team would then fit a 4141 perfectly: -----------------dubs/other.---------------- Trippier-------Schar/other-----Burn-----Target ---------------------phillips--------------------- Fraser/Other------Bruno------Big Joe------ASM ------------------Osimen/Haarland:)----------

I reckon if we trounce everton on Thursday, it will be them and (pick: norwich/Burnley/watford), with watford looking slightly better on form.
