I have to agree with this - it's very much a cut-your-losses situation. I think that yes Ashley is public enemy no.1, but with Rafa we've got a chance of enjoying ourselves again.

This is his thread. Nobody rates Cisse anymore. Just because Cisse is finished it doesn't mean Mitro shouldn't get criticism. As I've said before, all our strikers (Mitro, Cisse, Perez & Riviere) haven't done well this season. IMO Mitrovic has done probably about what was expected for a young, promising talent from Europe transitioning from a league worse than the Dutch league into the rigours of the Premier League. That said, he was not the striker we should have bought. All the others have underperformed and Mitrovic was not good enough for what we needed, if that makes sense.

Assist too for Janmaat. Same net contribution as Mitrovic in much less time

Dunno, from what I saw it looked like he only had eyes for the ball and was trying to plant his left foot to shield it, Walker just got there a tad quicker. The force at which he did it though would be reckless so would agree with the red, although I don't think it was a deliberate stamp.

I think overall he's done better than I expected.
