Welcome to the forum! Well I'd rather he be shooting at the keeper than wide, getting shots on target is the first step, so that's promising.
-
We-ey-ell.. it looks a bit like him
-
Well I'm still searching for the abuse I'm meant to be redirecting.
-
Where's the abuse? He's not ready to lead the line for a relegation-candidate club. The absolute opposite of what we need. We need experience and a proven track record, and Defoe was that player. And we won't get that player now will we? so get behind the lads that we do have especially this one who actually gives a f*** to the fans and the club. Wow what a crapshoot of a post Assuming a bit much are we? Despite your assertions, I want Mitrovic to do well for us. The fact is, he can't at this moment in time, because he's too raw. He's been bullied off the ball by every centre back in the league, even Shola had more presence than Mitro does for a supposed imposing target man. He can't hold the ball up because his first touch is, again to compare with Shola, as abysmal as his is. In fact the only thing I can see different between Mitro and Shola is the desire to win, and for this I like the player. I don't even care if he doesn't hit double figures this season as long as he can effectively hold the ball up and lay it off to another player. As for 'getting behind the player because he gives a f***', I suppose you're one of the people who were disappointed when we appointed Rafa Benitez and didn't bring back John Carver. Desire isn't everything, it's certainly a factor in performance, but desire alone won't win you games. Who the f*** is one of those people besides some dude made of straw? Plenty of examples on Facebook of those inclined Not any I can recall on here mind.

First game of Euro 2016 will have Rooney and Wilshere starting.

Is mine, but de-jong will probably play behind mitro. Mbabu when fit would be good - he looked canny on his few first team appearances.

Kane is the best striker to pull on an England shirt since Shearer. Rooney is a bit like Owen, relied on pace and cunning in his youth and through age wasn't able to re-invent his game enough. I've seen enough of Kane to see that the kid is smart, and when the pace goes, I think he's only going to change his game but still be as deadly. Shearer-esque. Alli, wow. I've never seen an England player with such quick feet, movement and ability all together in my lifetime. This kid made the world champions look about as good at the back as Newcastle Every time I've been watching England it has been like watching Newcastle of the past 8-10 years, no plan, strangers on the pitch. Being an England and Newcastle supporter has been absolutely terrible. The movement and understanding and the confidence, combined with players who can actually take a pass and move it on quickly seems so alien to me. We looked more like Germany last night than the Germans. I can't help but get carried away, I hope we do well in the summer.

By Moncur. Be gobsmacked if that clown could have even have strung the sentence together to ask the question. There you go. Almost.
-
Watching it live I thought he was tbh, called it in the match thread.
-
He is the best manager we will ever have, and in years to come, we will either be grieving at the thought of how short a time he managed us, or hounding him out. I really, really hope that if he keeps us up that other supporters realise this, even if we're 17th in the league half way through next season, that there are not calls for his head. In Rafa we trust.

Rafa told him to fuck off out the training ground. Along with all the other reserve squad players.
-
There's that many paedos in Sunderland there's layers of granularity to this apparently. Eye opener this

Yep. Would prefer Wij in the middle with Shelvey and then Perez out wide. Can't put Sissoko anywhere near first team atm, he's diabolical.
-
Might be a slight problem here...
-
Thread title change tbh for those not keeping track of this thread - Mike Ashley regrets buying Newcastle United - BBC
-
Big man and poacher is the oldest trick in the book. We've got the players to set up a 4-4-2 to do it as well. But Rafa
-
Considering he's bring 3 left backs on during the course of the match, the rest of the 11 would be darn impressive
-
He could be our most important player for the rest of our season. Get Cisse and Mitro ahead of him. Perez and Townsend on the flanks with SDJ in the middle pulling the strings.
-
Oh man he's out on his feet the glorious bastard.
