omg !!!! Do you really want me to count since 1964 Check the present tense in the title. most home games between 1964-1969. Started to go to away games + home games in 1970. Got season ticket in 1973. Gave it up in 1976 as I started working away and was sometimes out of the country, until 1988, but during those years saw about 10 home games and 10 away games at a guess. Bought season ticket back in 1989 when my life stabalised again, and have kept it ever since. Don't miss too many home games through work or whatever, I've missed the odd cup game this season through living outside of Newcastle these days like you do , nor go to as many away games as I did before I got married, had family etc etc, but I'm renewing next season. Even when we had a s*** board at the end of the 80's I renewed, and travelled up home from all over the country .... Who asked what you did in 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s? Like Dave said, check the present tense in the title! He wants to be known as the oldest supporter on this forum imo

If im on the bench instead of player like Pattison i will be pissed off too. His reaction to the situation is wrong though Hopefully when Big Sam arrives Zoggy will calm down and start thinking about next season.
-
Release the old men Sibierski and sign Viduka and Pizarro for free Great business imo
-
Never been to England. Only watched the toon once when they played CSKA(Sofia) in 1999.
-
He is good player but i had rather have Viduka and Pizarro
-
We should go for Distin,Viduka,Pizarro,Ben Haim for sure
-
I just hope that Shepherd is clever enough to realize that if he dont sign new contract he will be gone in 2 years for free. So if he dont want to renew his contract its better for us to sell him.
-
1 shot for 90min against the bottom side of the Premiership That says it all about our season tbh
-
I just hope that Big Sam will bring some quality scouts to this club We missed some great talents during the years.
-
1. There is no pressing need to replace Butt, there are far more urgent weaknessess to be fixed. 2. If we did replace Nicky Butt then according to a fair few members of this forum the ideal player is already at the club. Apparently. Don't want Barton. Simple as that. I dont want him too. I think we should aim for someone more creative midfielder but as we all know Big Sam style of play i wouldnt be surprised if Barton is on top of his wanting list.

Want WBA to stay in the Championship. That way we might have a chance to sign Davies although i dont know if Allardyce will be after him.
-
I would want Allardyce to get rid of Carr,Bramble,Gooch,Moore,Babayaro,Butt,Sibierski But we cant be sure that he get rid of these players because when he gets to know the players he might decide that some of them might do a job under him. Looking forward to appointing him and what he will do with our squad
-
Jlloyd Samuel isnt the answer to our defensive problems
-
Im sure if we sign him Big Sam will get the best of him soon enough Also he will handle his personality problems pretty quickly I think he would be good replacement for Nicky Butt.
-
The players would be extremely motivated to show the new manager what they can do. Im expecting win by at least 2 goal margin

Wont happen 100% sure. Especially Arsenal finishing 1st.They will be lucky to be in the top 4 next season.Remember my word. It will be something like this: Chelsea Man Utd Liverpool Spurs Arsenal Everton Newcastle West Ham Portsmouth Villa Bolton If you think we'll finish under Everton and Spurs with Big Sam you are off your head. Right now we have no manager! Just about to say the same. Parky you have to be realistic and if we appoint Allardyce as manager we cant expect too much in his first season. We must lower our expectations a little bit.
-
true Its chain reaction tbh if you have good chairman you will have=good manager=good squad=success

He thinks he is the most important journalist in Newcastle. What a clown
-
I agree with everything you say except that Shepherd was right to say this in public. It's just not a good move tactically. He can feel this, and say it behind closed doors, but this is a strange move. Maybe you are right but we dont know everything that is happening backstage. What if he said this things in the article in private to Owen and even then he begins to look for another club.
-
I think Spurs will challenge the top 4 next season. It will depends from the players they sign and if they will be able to keep Berbatov.
-
I think whatever Shepherd do he will be slated after that. Its like whatever Bramble or Carr do they will be slated after that. Its obvious that the most of the opinions on this board are not objective. Im behind Shepherd about this one. He is defending the clubs interests Its obvious that Owen is thinking about leaving the club and Shepherd is trying to express his opinion about this and also the fans opinions too. If Owen leaves he will be the biggest cunt in the world. He will show no morale,no loyalty about the club after everything we did for him. God nearly 20 thousand fans welcomed him when he sign for us.And he played only 13 games for us. Yes,the club is in big mess but there are indications that we might get better if we appoint some serious manager. If Owen is loyal person he will wait after we appoint the new boss he will see how next season will go and if we still are shit and cant compete for the top 6 then he can go. But to leave the club in this hard times is just like the rats do when the ship is sinking. We showed him full support when he had his serious injuries,we sticked to him during this hard times for him and now he must do the same if he is man enough If he doenst then he is a cunt and Shepherd is right to be angry and to say this things in public.
