  1. I think you're spot on. There is no way boro thought it was going to be overturned surely. I don't know if you can but they would have been much better off claiming Masch deserved a red. p.s. Smoggy Cunts
  2. You say this cause you don't understand the special position of this club. The people of the Midlands with all due respect are passive muppets who will put up with anything. If any owner or consortium wants a war we're perfectly capable of giving them one. Without the best wishes of the fans this club would disintegrate. I wasn't sure if you were joking until I saw
  3. I really don't want an English team to win it. Mainly jealousy, but fuck off arsenal.

Cascarino was top scorer in France one year iirc. Was on the 'roids over there too. Although he didn't know that at the time. Roids - how do you know that?! Have you read his book? Its supposed to be good. His article in the Times used to be utter wank.... he's been downgraded to a small column now
  5. Didn't Trevor Brooking get his for services to sports administration?

    Who is better?

How can you respect a cunt like that? He stands for everything I hate about the game right now! Can't wait until he fucks off, then see the rats desert the sinking ship. What do you mean by that?

    Who is better?

I'd disagree strongly with that. Whilst "his football is better" is only an opinion, obviously, I don't think his teams are better at all. They don't win things as often. The classic Arsenal are amazing to watch line gets bandied around a lot, and whilst they are exceptional I actually find their refusal to shoot quite frustrating to watch at times. The dynamisn and explosiveness of ManU is more exciting for me.

    Who is better?

Fergie. More of a natual winner than Wenger. Although what Wenger has done with the money he's spent is incredible, although in some ways it's a failing of him imo - if they'd signed the odd £20m player here and there over the years they would have won a fair bit more imo.

The sad thing about Viduka is that, whilst he is a lazy fat bastard, attitude may stink etc. if we were to create a decent half chance I would have more confidence in him burying it than any of our other players at the moment.
  10. not directly, but they still brought the best players and re-structured their attack. Who could replace Keane anyway ? IMO they replaced him with Rooney. Similar in terms of inspiration, drive, passion and ability to drag other players up to his level. manu fan I used to know from work [ a half decent one ] thought when they bought Rooney he wasn't good enough for them. I used to tell him that Rooney would be a real ManU great. Haven't seen him for the last few years but I bet he's changed his attitude now. He's a class act. A leader on the pitch by example, in much the same way Keane was for them.

  12. Derby rejected a bid. "They (Newcastle) did come up with an offer yesterday, a verbal offer, but it was nowhere near our valuation," Jewell said. What more proof to you want, should i get Skirge to do a question time for you? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/main.jhtml?xml=/sport/2008/01/29/ufnbarnes129.xml Still, there is no indication that Derby wanted to sell, or that we intended to buy him as an immediate first teamer. He could have fallen under Wise's jurisdiction rather than Keegan's as far as we know. At the end of the day, ten days was not nearly long enough to make any arrangements. If Barnes is that good, it would be worse if semi reliable ITK rumours are true and Shepherd backed out of matching a £2m valuation at the last minute back in 2007. We made a bid, and the reason they didn't sell was because it didn't match their valuation - showing that they would have sold for a fair price. How more concrete could a link be?

    Agreed. It's clearly bollocks.

    Reading away iirc?
  15. For all his flaws, Griffin did always seem to be a very good man marker.
  16. Very nervous about this game. A win would be massive.
  17. And wasn't it £20m + Luis Garcia anyway? Making the true value about £26.5m?
  18. Papa Bouba Diop should be on there.
  19. I'd agree. He looked as though he could intimidate the defenders purely through his physical attributes, he just wasn't quite sure how best to use them yet.
