  1. International level is the highest level there is
  2. Incredible game. Watched it in a campsite bar in Rome packed with dutchies going mental, the entire thing was astonishing.
  3. Fucking brilliant free kick that, the wall was about 6 yards away. Remy's was quality as well.

    Dimitar Berbatov

Love watching the man play. Don't know how you couldn't.
  5. Going to Barnet today as my game's been cancelled, looking forward to seeing him in the flesh, absolute ledge. The cunt was only suspended. Astonishingly, for fouling James Beattie who plays up top for Accrinton Stanley these days. With Franny Jeffers. Incredible scenes all round. Luckily I had a punt on 0-0, that game was complete filth. N.b. I haven't fact checked any of the above but I was told it today and I'm so desperate for it to be true there's no way I'm risking looking it up and finding out it's wrong.

  7. Well they are through on a score draw. but you'd think if we were favourites to go win the game we'd be favorites to go through. on the match odds the draw is quite the outsider. What about the odds for Anzhi/draw compared to us winning? That's what you should be looking at. If we are only slight favourites to win, then I wouldn't think it's weird at all that they are favourites to go through with the away goal rule being the way it is. and there it hits a problem as i can find odds to lay newcastle but not specifically a newcastle defeat or 0-0 draw (which in itself wouldn't knock us out) Us to win is 2.52 = 39.6% chance of us going through. The other way we can go through is after a 0-0 (at 9 on betfair, or an 11.1% chance). If you think being at home for ET & pens would give us a slight advantage (e.g. 60% chance of getting through after 0-0) that would leave us with a 46.3% chance of getting through, or odds of 2.16 to their 1.85 assuming no margin. I honestly think this might be the second worst post on the site ever after that story Inter stuck up earlier. I need to have a serious fucking word with myself.
  8. Mint, Shola on. As he's proved over the years against the mackems he almost always scores against teams from deprived, war torn regions.
  9. Didn't see the game but thought Taylor was at fault for both goals just on the highlights, 6.5 seems a bit high considering that? How did he look for the most part? Also must say Debuchy looked to be making a massive difference going forward just on those highlights.

    Shola Ameobi

    MOST EVER SUBSTITUTE!
  11. On the plus side, is Shola now the most used sub ever in the premier league? You've witnessed history tonight lads, we're all part of something monumental.

FYI we're currently 8/1 on Betfair to go down. That's an implied 11.1% chance of us going down. I'm not saying that's the correct probability, but if anyone genuinely thinks we've an 80% chance of dropping, and doesn't have qualms with betting against their team, then they should really pump some money in because that's an incredible value bet.
  13. Exactly right. Looked like a foul to me tbh. Not seen a replay mind.
  14. Was the FK not given for Coloccini's hand in Fellaini's back when they were challenging for the ball? Hard to tell on my stream as it jolted past him going down, figured that was what had been given though.

    Alan Pardew

I wouldn't defend how we played in the second half at all, but worse than when we went down? Really? I do enjoy the suggestion that getting relegated was better than having Souness
  16. I don't see how I could rate anything or anyone higher than I rate Pedro (other than KK). This must be a pisstake, I love him am almost unrealistic amount.
  17. Froggy - whilst I agree with almost all of what you posted, what he did to Haaland was cowardly as fuck in my opinion. No chance of him hurting himself at all, a complete cheap shot if you will. Utterly magnificent player though, along with the Dane the most important you've had under Fergie.
  18. But what will this prove ? If they were to have a float at an anti-racism rally, you could understand that. But at a gay rally ? Where are the pluses ? Recruitment of new supporters amongst the gay community ? Hardly. As the gay community themselves would probably say, you are what you are. Sorry, but the imagery of this is just too amusing for words. What's it meant to prove? Why would they be doing it to recruit new supporters? It's a great move and a bold one. About time somebody stood up to homophobia in football, good on them.
