Campbell made some excellent runs but none of our players seemed to see them which is a pity.

The freekick and late winner account for 2 minutes at most of a poor performance against a poor team, the other 93 minutes were mainly frustrating and aimless. I thought that our defence played well and Gouffran was OK, other than that it was mind numbing most of the time with us repeating what has failed every other time we'd tried it. It's as if we think we only have to get the ball into the box and then we've done enough.
-
Awesome, not in the context of spending 90 minutes watching manky football in freezing conditions.
-
It's not just corners, we put a lot of good balls into the box and failed to get on the end of any of them. It's as if that's all we practice because we didn't seem to understand that we might have a better chance if the ball was on the ground.

I think jammy results like this one will see him here for a lot longer though. The standard of football we play is totally shit
-
I can't wait to see the back of him
-
That was shit, for 86 minutes we played high balls into the box and if we got on the end of any of them I missed it. We've got a team almost all of which are internationals and we're clueless.

With some he can't lose either. and some can look at each situation without going either "f***ing c*** Pardew f***ed it up again!!11" or "Howay he got us 5th last season so he iz the best manager ever so shut up!!1". Some need to stop thinking they know more about Ben Arfa's fitness than the medical staff though. As I said there wasn't much complaint on Thursday about his inclusion. Who thinks they know more than our medical staff?

It's freezing and snowing again.

Nothing's funny about the line I highlighted, I agree, he's the best manager in football.
-
The quotes are that he has 2 broken bones, how else would they know if bones were broken and how many without an X Ray?
-
It's an easy assumption to make considering the injury happened in view of everybody at the game. Making an assumption that he's not injured seems to be the least likely assumption to make.
-
He'd do well to fake an X Ray.

We will win something sooner or later so our luck will change, in all probability, I'll not be around to see it as I doubt it'll be in the near future. When we get to finals we face champions, unlike Swansea who get to one final and it's against Bradford who are at this time are one of the worst teams in league football.

He's even got 2 twitter accounts, one for LeazesMag and one for NE5 and retweeted himself.

I can't see Ben Arfa starting, if he does it will be a massive bonus.
-
I still have hope that this season can improve, we have the players to make that happen.
-
Aye, we give him a 4 year contract which a fair few didn't expect us to give him, within a year he's wanting to leave. We convince him to stay until May, he gets injured and goes home anyway. Absolutely ludicrous isn't it. I just hope he's replaced. MYM has probably shown enough to say he can be our main defender but like f*** do we want to be relying on Saylor and Williamson AGAIN. It could actually work out well, he might be able to use his time to sort his family problems out while he's injured, we'll see.

It must be shit for them knowing that next week will be our 108th game in Europe, 104 games more than them.
