Shola the centre forward had one of his best 90 minutes in a few years did he? He was a centre forward playing against kids and was shown up for what he is within a minute of Cisse coming on. He's got the movement of the QE2 and his shooting is piss poor more often than not.

Gosling, Shola, Williamson and Obertan wouldn't be missed if they never played for us again and might free up games for other players with potential.

I normally prefer to play kids in early rounds of cups but feel that playing Man U could lift first team players. 5 wins in this cup and you lift a trophy, I'd pick the strongest team possible for it. Edit I know the semi is over 2 legs, you still only need to win 5 games.
