When they say agreed price of £350mil just means they agree that this is the price Ashley is asking for. According to most reports they have done due diligence yet so don't know what the club is really worth. As in previous Stavely/Kenyon interest they both valued the club at far less than this. There are allegedly several potential buyers looking at it and all it takes is someone high up in NUFC to contact The Sun with a 'don't quote me' scoop and they would print it. Then it goes to the Sheikh who may well be interested and sees it as a nice bit of publicity. It's sad and tragic to think this way but this is the barrow boy Mike Ashley we are dealing with
