Doubt he's as good as Obertan or Gouff but we'll just have to wait and see
-
When we get relegated MA won't care because we'll get just as much coverage on TV with his SD advertising everywhere for free. Sell who he can for a profit, reduce the wage bill and away we go again
-
Anita is shit no matter where you play him. Tries hard but he is a championship player at best and maybe not even physical enough for that
-
With the right coaching and players around him he could be nearly as good as Shearer. Keegan built a whole team around Andy Cole and Sir Bob did similar with Shearer. If you launched Messi straight into our side he would struggle
-
Really good game yesterday, great vision and first touch lay offs. Tired a bit late on just needs to start a few more games
-
Our most consistent midfielder, been a really good addition to oyr squad. Yesterday, when he had others doing their bit for a change he looked even better
-
Our number one target will be Steve Bruce. At least we know he'll fail so we won't get our hopes built up
-
Playing Anita is like playing with 10 men. You don't realise he's playing until he makes a fuck up. Bigi was better than him and he's back at Coventry

McLaren refused to come here near the end of last season to get us out of the shit. He turned it down 2 or 3 times because he knew he had failure staring him in the face. So here we are, same position but with a few more games left to try and wriggle but McLaren can't do it, it's not his style. Sad to say but the position we are in and the mind set of these players (brought on by shit managers) we need a Pullis or a Allardyce to kick our way out. And, Harry is not the answer as he proved at QPR, spent a fortune and still got relegated. Managing is easy when things are going well but when they aren't you get found out. A classic example is Lennon. At Celtic he cruised along, won trophies and titles because it was easy. Look at him now when he needs to really get the players going, use tactics to suit his players etc......he's fucked Just like our Steve

Have I missed on here, comments on the reported interviews with Seedorf to replace McLaren?
-
Everybody praising Liverpools performance yesterday winning with pure Klopp style football. Can anyone tell me what pure McLaren football looks like
-
Thought he played really well, a handful for defenders and he'll get better. The good thing is that Pards is here no more otherwise you would have been watching Shola for the last half hour
-
Pardew is constantly putting himself forward for the England job, expecting Hodgson to get the boot. That is his motivation at CP. Hopefully Saturday was the beginning of one of his infamous loosing streaks
-
Flavour of the month in the PL apparently is sitting back and hitting sides on the break, especially at home. Once we get the hang of playing with 11 men for 90 minutes I think it will work. In all fairness to SMcL he's just had to endure half of one match and 75 minutes of another playing with 10 men and did well to avoid leaking a lot of goals which could be crucial come the end of the season
-
Malcolm McDonald scoring a hat trick on his debut against Liverpool
-
Sammy Lee is really good looking though
-
Can't see him beating Williamsons goal scoring record, Mike was lethal from those intricate set pieces and corners of ours
-
Rather live in Newcastle than bloody Manchester
-
Pardew was the man to get these 'targets' over the line
-
Derby had the best squad in the Championship and he should have won that league by a mile. The man is a smarmy wimp and an Alan Pardew clone. Been sacked from every club bar Middlesborough because he took over the England job and fucked that up. At Boro he had some really good players, Hasslebank Juhninio (can't spell it) Southgate and others. He was shit at Forest and the Dutch league which he won is a bit like the SPL with only 2 or 3 teams with any chance.

We know Carver is not good enough. One thing I will say for him is he tells it how it is. Slagging off your players in public may not be in the 'Man management and motivational skills' books but a lot of these players bloody deserve it. 90% of them have let down Carver, the club and the fans and they don't give a f..k They are looking to pick up their money and move on in the closed season.
-
No better than Pardew and will be a yes man to Ashley. However, who in the hell would want to come to us anyway working for this regime? They aren't exactly throwing their names in the hat are they?
-
Ashley will be looking forward to getting his parachute payment for being relegated
-
Every club he manages he starts off well because he's managing someone elses team and getting the best out of them. The problems will come when he brings in his own players and tries to build his own team. Of that he is incapable
