Probably because there was nothing he could have done about any of those 3 goals. The only goal yesterday where the keeper could have done better was the first, most keepers would have cut out Ronald's cross, Given once again, seemed rooted and just watched it sail by. I actually thought that Rooney's second was savable. Was at a good height for the keeper, didn't have to stretch up or get down to it. Put it this way David James would have saved it. I'm putting it down to Harper not playing enough football therefore his reactions aren't quite where they should (could?) be. Never understood why he doesn't play for the reserves every now and then just to keep him sharp.

I can't see it tbh, we've still got two or three very winnable games at home which should see us safe. Too close for comfort though, I doubt we'll go any higher than we currently are and could finish a few lower.

I wouldn't be against selling anyone to be honest. Some players I rate but we need as clean a slate as humanly possible from the summer and no one has shown themselves to be indespensible this season

Right. Given has boiled my piss now. He has done nothing in terms of stretching in the first half therefore it leads me to think he wasn't anywhere near 100% today. He should know that as a keeper if there is a decent risk of an injury flaring up you don't put yourself forward for selection.

Really looking forward to seeing the team picked. Should be fascinating. I reckon it would be quite a god laugh seeing the team read out, especially if you get someone like Luque who is forever on the bench. Some of the reactions must be priceless.
