I blame the world at large letting him get away with his shite knock-off Chuck Norris patter for so many years.
-
Even the crowd couldn't be fucked with that bollocks.

Help. Can AIDS be transmitted via televisions?
-
Ah cheers. Couldn't find it in print anywhere but I suppose there's not exactly going to be a queue of people gagging to transcribe his quotes.
-
Have they made up quotes as well!? I can't find anything anywhere with those quotes or even a hint that he's been interviewed by Mark Drury.
-
Well that's factoring in what Boro are covering, you see.

Have Wolves done anything that's evidently invited talks, though? All I've seen is us desperately throw bids in after scrabbling further and further down our target list. Now after three bids they appear to have all but told us to fuck off. There seems to be one constant in all of these negotiations and it's us throwing bid after bid in, wasting weeks on a player before being told to kick rocks in some form or other. Feels like almost 4 years on from the takeover, we've somehow ended up with less transfer contacts to know who we actually have a shot at than we started with.

Get in! Finally getting our striker. Cheers for the update, KI.

I think Eddie will take a happy medium of lumping him on the bench if he's not committed. Even at half the effort he'll still be a better option than Osula (no, last night's goal doesn't change my opinion on that yet ). Being on the bench sends a good message while also still forcing him to do his job rather than probably being able to slack off a lot easier while he rots in the reserves. I just don't think he clicks in to gear properly unfortunately. I think we get a similarly off the pace and sulky Isak to the one we got toward the end of last season. Except this time we won't all be giving him the benefit of the doubt of a possible injury.

Doesn't make sense here imo. Rewarding him would be bending over for the scouse cunts. He's not pulling this shit for a contract. If we have any intention of using him anymore before he goes, he's still one of the best strikers in the world and any new contract we can give him will still be well below any of the clubs that are lucky enough to not need to worry about fiscal responsibility. At worst he's now learnt to get transfer promises put in to his contract. Otherwise it's as much for our own benefit as it is his.

Like clockwork. Every fucking club. Maybe one day he'll arrive somewhere with fans who recognise you have to go back 20 years for any of his victims to remember him fondly.
-
I think between LB getting a bit much for him and Fab automatically getting the plaudits for his play on the ball, that part of Burn's game is severely underrated. I'd take him over well over half the league's CBs on the ball.
-
I like you, new guy. Stick around. Unless you win.
-
All the best to him. A good servant over the years and I personally found the Man U stuff overblown. Particularly after he came back and knuckled down, culminating in that great run last season. You could argue it says more about the competition but he's up there as far as post-Given 'keepers go. Who would you take ahead of him? Harper, Krul...?
-
Think it says it all about his quality that without the injuries we'd never have had a sniff of signing him when we did at his age and the club's state. He's up there as far as raw goalscorers go.

These transfer bullshit merchants have well and truly jumped the shark this summer. Such tedious, repetitive nothingness. They really do need starved of the attention they live for.

Just paid my extra £5 into the pool.

Sympathy for Isak. If he's prepared to put a shift in for the season I'll welcome him back in to the fold. But he'll have known every step of the way the insufferable pricks he was angling to join. He doesn't get an ounce of sympathy. Just do your job and then fuck off for your going rate in a year, cheers.

Between this and the K Pop half time show I think this jaunt is making our lot more fans of Korea than it's made Koreans fans of NUFC.
