Ramos is a lot better than Ranieri imo. One of the best managers in Europe based on the past couple of seasons especially in comparison to Ranieri's last job- spending a load of money to set Valencia back a few years. I'd be suprised if he went to City unless the takeover actually happens within say, the next week, and he will be allowed to spend an obscene amount. Personally, I think he should hold his horses and stay at Sevilla while he waits for a very top job to come up.

Carragher is not technically good enough to play international football imo and is certainly too slow to partner John Terry. Carragher hasn't got the pace or passing range that Ledley King has in spades. He's a far more accomplished footballer and is also a match for Carragher defensively. Carragher is quite solid defensively and gives 110% but a top class footballer he is not. One of the most overhyped players of the last decade.

The Ghana midfield is usually Essien, Appiah, Muntari and Kingston who are all very good players. Saying this fella is Essien's midfield partner is wide of the mark. Never really heard of him.

Pleased they areup,much prefer them to West Brom. They'll be straight back down though imo. Very much like Sheff Utd they have virtually no skill at all in their side but a great team ethic. Can't see them splashing out more than Sunderland or even Birmingham will.

Great team. yeah because Solano, Taylor and Baines are anything better than decent to good defenders hmmmm im sure gary Neville said that Nobby could become a brilliant RB and he played Cronaldo better than anyone this season, Taylor is in the hunt for England and considered to be a very good CB already and Baines is one of tht best LB's in the league. i would class them as decent defenders. As for Fernandes he is a very good DM some of my mates who support Everton think hes brilliant and hes class at tackling. I've got a season ticket at Everton. Fernandes is a class centre mid, very skilful and has a great engine but he's not disciplined enough to be a defensive midfielder. As I said before, Carsley does that job for us, not Fernandes.

Fernandes has looked good in that position from what I have seen. Manuel Fernandes? He hasn't played a single game at DM. Carsley was doing all the dirty work for him. Fair enough, he must have just been working hard Im sure he played DM at least for Pompey or he is just a hard working player..? I wouldn't say he's particularly hard working. Not lazy but not a British-style grafter either. He is known as a defensive midfielder but I can only imagine that Portugal's idea of a DM is very different to England's. He is at his best when he's bursting forward from midfield and he has a habit of doing lots of turns and tricks to hold about 3 players off at one time. I hope we get him on loan again. Pleasure to watch.
