I was referring to the five seasons he spent at Beveren and Metalurh Donetsk. In which he played until the age of 20.
-
Really hope so. Could easily become a pet hate of mine that if his form dips. It won´t though as long as he keeps the up with the attacking performances he has put in since he arrived. Edit: When the opposition is in possession.
-
Olympiacos & Monaco are hardly second-rate teams. Even less so at the time he played there.
-
Sunderland with the ever so popular 2-6-2 formation against WBA today. Lukaku & Long to have a blast today. Definitely watching this game.

That´s a fucking moose knuckle

Always enjoy when managers lay into journalists. Other than when he refused to talk about Bayern, which in fact is very much related to the pre-match press conference, I whole heartedly agreed with everything else he said.

You almost seem offended.

From the other thread. http://i.imgur.com/khU5rXQ.png It´s not so clear cut as it looks in that picture. Bear in mind that the Metalist defeder is on his way up, while Sissoko is in full speed forward as the pass is made. People went on last night like I was saying it wasn´t offside. Im just saying it wasn´t necessarily as easy to judge as some people make it out to be. I still think the second disallowed goal was the correct decision. Unless someone can give me clear cut photo evidence on the contrary. The refs had an ok game imo. Last season we had quite a few goals against us disallowed that should have stood, in the premier league, with english refs. It happens. This time we suffered.
-
I´ll try to make my point again when people have cooled down.
-
Forgot that linesmen are capable of stopping time as the pass is made to determine where the players are stood. Sorry. I am also frustrated, but let´s not dvelve on things like the fact that Metalist were good defensively, or that the team should have shown some more urgency in the second half. Fuck the refs!
-
Second disallowed goal looked like a correct decision to me, as well as the incident when Cisse played Sissoko through. So basically, all of you are just whining because the linesman should have compensated us for one wrong decision (which was also pretty tight to call without slow-mo replay)?
-
Fourth time I´ve paid ~£8 for a Newcastle Europa League PPV this season. About time they deliver some goods!
-
The Cisse bashing is particularly tedious. Musn't let someone have his own opinion now, can we ? http://cdn.memegenerator.net/instances/400x/31493378.jpg

awesome Scored for brøndby at Anfield in 1995 when they eliminated Liverpool in UEFA cup Think he is manager of the band El Caco. Worth a listen. Good music.

You must be a though person to be around if you generally keep grudges for this long Hughsey
-
He seems a bit lost out wide due to lack of athleticism/pace imo. He would be much better utilised right behind Fletcher and stick Sessegnon out wide instead.

Paraphrased via Google translate as usual. http://westhamworld.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/6_1337923441_archer-danger-zone-meme-generator-call-kenny-loggins-coz-you-re-in-the-danger-zone-d319a5.jpeg

Compared to his first two games, this was a mediocre performance. Only critisism i can find so far is that he doesn't really work that hard when defending. That might be due to tactical reasons though, so I won't dvelve too much on it. His heading and areal duelling however is absolutely abysmal Especially considering his physique, but he has the worst timing I've seen in a long time.
-
How can you judge the winner as either Taylor or Colos fault Yorkie? Clearly a misunderstanding between both.
-
He was also classed as the best player in the world without the ball by Egil "Drillo" Olsen.
