Building a brand new stadium just to increase capacity by a little over 10k seems an awful waste. I'd love for us to have a stadium size where I can on a whim book tickets to get to Newcastle and know that I'll be able to get ticket for the match instead of having to plan weeks/months ahead.

Are there even any low paying jobs staffed by long tenured fans left that Jim can fire to save the money it will cost to fix the leak?
-
I don't know, but I've assumed its seasons since it was so important for us to raise some quick cash within 30th June this year when we sold Minteh and Anderson.
-
Luckily for him Bruno Fernandes already has 200 goals. No need for any more.
-
Scoring from the spot and on free kicks isn't the same as scoring in open play. He's an attacking midfielder that should get a lot of goals, and he's had a long career to accumulate those numbers. He's a poor finisher that gets a lot of chances, and the last two seasons he's gotten noticably worse. Don't misinterpret it to say that I think he's a bad player btw. He's great, even if he's an annoying rat bastard.
-
His finishing is still bad. Regularly misses the goal completely on good chances. 100 of those goals must be penalties and free kicks.

If Bruno Fernandes gets anything above 8 in finishing and composure on FM 25 I'm editing the fuck out of the DB.
-
I don't know. It's probably a combination, but he wasn't this good when he was introduced to the team, which indicates that actually getting game time to build confidence and experience was a bigger factor in the success we see now.
-
He will be a 15 goal pr season player if he ever learns how to head a ball. He's had so many good chances on the head since he came here, yet not one single headed goal.
-
He'll develop into the ball playing CB we'll be crying for Howe to try in midfield for the next 15 years.
-
Proper 2022/23 vibes this with us being great, but frustrated over Howe not giving chances to young talent on the fringes of the team. I'll take it.
-
He's not even on the pitch. wtf do you mean.
-
Come the fuck oooon Howe. Give someone else a chance ffs

Great opportunity to rest some of the regulars ahead of a hectic christmas schedule, and give an opportunity to Miley and Osula.

Not one clip of him tracking back to be found. Bench player at best to be blamed for us losing points if he can't do a bit of magic in the 10 minutes given to him at the end of games.

They followed their model of buying young to sell for profit already back then too. Robbie Keane, Jermaine Defoe, Helder Postiga, Bobby Zamora, Paul Konchesky(?), Michael Carrick, something something Davenport, that blonde center back from Nottingham Forest, Berbatov etc etc. Some turn good, some don't. They are still doing this, albeit with the ability to buy young talents with less risk for more money than previously, and now also have the financial means to keep a player that comes good too if they want to.

Dubravka still one of the worst keepers in the league?
-
Still feeling confident that Minteh will turn out to be a big success for Brighton even if his start there has been underwhelming.

£10.5m from Montpellier, £50k p/w sorted.

ugh...hope we tell anyone hoping to loan him that its a permanent transfer or nothing. He's too good to become the new Isaac Hayden/Jack Colback/Jeff Hendrick where we're forced to loan him out every season until his contracts expires. We should be able to sell him for actual money if, as it currently looks like, we're not planning on using him as more than a 3rd choice behind Murphy and Barnes. Might not get that much for him, but surely there's someone out there who needs an experienced, versatile, fast, hardworking full international attacker.

Masterstroke by Howe to ease Tonali into the team after his suspension. Fucking godlike today.
-
Wissa gagging to get one of our players sent off

How so? Granted I've not seen a great deal of him, but from what I have seen, he seems to work hard both ways of the pitch and (especially for his age) is quite strong and fast, the holy trifecta for a Howe player If you've got quality on the ball on top of that, which he seems to have, you're golden.
