I'm so used to watching us be crap that the moment Wilson is unavailable I simply assume that we won't be scoring. After 12 months of actual coaching, getting all the players performing at their best and working as team it turns out that missing a key striker is way less important these days.

I really hope we don't. If you thought that Tranmere were bad for spending 90 minutes trying to cripple our players it would be 10 times worse if we played these cretins.

A bit scrappy but a win is a win

Forget about Southgate staying or leaving, forget about the crap substitutions, forget about the horrendous referee. Can we instead just ban ITV from showing England games? Commentary worse than a state funeral and we lose more often than we win when they're showing the games.

That substitution was just crazy. Pretty much all the attacking play was coming via Saka, he was causing France problems constantly. He should have been the last player to be subbed off.

How many times under Bruce in the league did we manage to score 4? Am I right in thinking that we may have done it more this season alone than we did in the entirety of Bruce's reign? Anyway, another good win. Amazingly good to see Miggy continue his scoring run.

Great win. I was a little worried in the first half with our passing being little off early on but the team is just relentless. Even in the 92nd minute they're pushing up and trying to win the ball back whilst Villa were passing it around their box. Love this team.

Mine kept on buffering so I was having to hit pause and then play every 5 minutes or so. I wouldn't care but this was with a Fire TV Cube which is meant to be the best hardware they produce. No issues with my internet connection either.

How bizarre is it that just over 12 months ago we would have been on the other end of this? Everton are just rubbish. Loads of hard-working midfielders who run around and tackle a lot but don't create anything, up front they're either throwing themselves to the ground or failing to take shots and in defence they're always on the edge of blind panic.
