  1. Has won the Wor Jackie award
  2. Only game I’ve seen was the Celtic one but I thought he looked great in that. Seem a very well coached team Fyernoord.
  3. You'd never get an majority vote for that. It would be full turkeys for Christmas.
  4. I think their fear of us abusing the rules is understandable but long term these actions probably help us. We continue to build sustainably and it makes us a lot harder to get rid of. We’re a unique prospect as we’ve got a lot of room for natural growth. This isn’t like Saudi trying to turn Bournemouth or similar into a mega club.
  5. USG in Belgium is wholly and completely owned by Tony Bloom, Brightons owner.
  6. its literally on the BBC mate https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67372283 https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12730037/Premier-Leagues-independent-panel-makes-decision-three-big-calls-Newcastle-win-Arsenal-one-unanimous-red-card-vote-4-1-split-goal.html
  7. You think that if Southgate had dropped Phillips when he should have dropped him he’d have actually pushed a move before now?
  8. Does Rashford have more red cards than goals since the last international break?
  9. England squad announced at 2pm, wonder if he’ll get a call up.
  10. I think it was similar to Bruno’s in the Semi final. Wasn’t intended but looks bad on the replay and could of caused an injury.
  11. I think we’ll just adapt in all honesty, the club seems to want to avoid acting in anyway that will get them sanctioned. I’d rather we didn’t act belligerently if we don’t need to.
  12. Either way I think it’s unlikely we’d be doing any big loans from Saudi teams. I do think we may purchase from them (although maybe not this winter) - as you can argue the money that was paid for Gabi Vega was fair market value.
  13. Haven’t Chelsea bought Strasbourg? 777 probably won’t like it either
  14. I think the term you’re looking for is torso deception
  15. His team have bottled their ultimate objective in both of the last two seasons. They bottled the top four, then the following season bottled the league from a commanding position. The league bottle came as previously pointed out via a game versus Liverpool where they were two nil up and cruising where Xhaka needlessly got involved lost his head and fired up Liverpool and the crowd. I think the Fergie/Mourinho/Conte (and now Arteta) hysterics approach has shown diminishing returns in recent times and all it does is put more pressure on the players and club. If they fall short of achieving again especially after spending all that money it feels like falling short will start to sink deep into the mentality there like it did at Spurs. In comparison we’ve had three crunch moments under Howe - Surviving relegation, the cup final, and top four and we’ve succeeded in 2/3 of them. It’s given the squad belief and confidence. Without projecting entitlement.
  16. Good thing that Arsenal haven’t shown themselves as vulnerable to being wound up just before they play a team containing Sergio Ramos…
