Well, as much as they've had the ball they haven't created a whole lot. We'll probably score one in the 2nd half and at least we'll be 3 pts better off. It is really blatant though that there's something wrong with the midfield. Routledge is OK at the right flank but Guthrie doesn't offer anything from the left side. It's a shame that he's so fucking slow since he's got good feet and seems to have some sort of a football brain at least. Carroll has actually had a couple of good flick ons for once but Løvenkrands has been poor and seems to have left his first touch at home. Anyways we'll probably win this but it's been a poor game so far. But as long as we get the 3 pts I don't give a damn how we play.

Not only 3 signings, 3 cash signings at that. Man City-esque. -

That's the way to conduct business. A cash signing, right out of the blue. Well done to all those involved! -

Unfortunately it looks like some surreal form of Bukkake video. Where's Old Type where you need him?

Wasn't the old one worth 20 million over 5 years or something? -
He was there watching the Watford game as well, right?

It'd be worth it only to actually to be excited when we're having FK's somewhere near the goal (in Robert's case that's 35-40 yards out).

Jose Enrique out for at least three weeks with hamstring injury

great subtle humour there -
Given was as bad as Harper for standing on or near his line and he was just as quiet. In my opinion as a former GK, Given was actually worse than Harper in that respect. Harper is a far more commanding keeper than Shay IMO. The one thing that Given had over Harper was his lightning quick reflexes, not that it ever seemed to help on PK's though.

One Nick Griffin chants should do the job And that would then leave with only the Aryan Nation or the KKK as potential new owners in the future. Masterplan! -

What he did say was that he was going to subsidise the club with 20 million pounds every season. The last few seasons that particular money has been used to fill other gaping monetary holes I'm afraid. -

it whiles away a grey old day Not much going in the taxi business? Not much going in any business right now, however Monday and Tuesday to a taxi driver are like Saturday and a Sunday to other folk. In other words you start your day at home with a bottle of scotch and wake up next to a smelly transvestite in a low-key establishment somewhere in Eastern Europe?
