I remember him beating Everton at home, I think.
-
Or not, because we'll likely lose all the away games till then which will mean if he survives today's game.....
-
Unfortunately it's also a myth that he had no money to spend there. They also kept hold of the core of their best team for ages. That said, I'd still love to have him replace Pardew. Clear upgrade. It'd be like upgrading a Nokia 3210 for an iPhone 5. I'm pretty sure Everton made a transfer profit with him there, too. Anyway, waste of time discussing it. I think he's out of our league.

Oh they certainly did latterly, no disputing that. But as I said it took them a long time to get to that stage and his Myoo days were not good. Better squad should equate to better football, or is that too simplistic? It took him 1 year to get them to 7th and 3 years to finish 4th. You've done it again, twisted the meaning. I was talking about the attractiveness of the football. 7th was ground out, much like our 5th. I'll repeat, I said I was NERVOUS. Not 'I don't want that twat near our club'. He's definitely a massive improvement. You said it took him '6 years to get Everton going' and that you weren't convinced he'd 'do any better'.

It's this sort of utter stupidity we criticise other supporters for. You criticise other supporters for. I'd just like to see attacking football again, on the floor, not ICBM's We have a setup destined for relegation and you actually turn your nose up to a manager who had peniless Everton winning more games than anyone outside 5 teams in his 11 year tenure there. It's ridiculous.

He's trying so hard to evoke sympathy from the supafans with the dishevelled look, like.

Stop being critical of a player consisting letting us down badly as a captain and a footballer. Aye, right. Name a player who's played more than half a dozen games who hasn't let us down badly during this ridiculous run. Your point being what? It's alright for the captain to let us down because several others have.
-
I don't think there are any, tbh. Everyone knows only too well that Ashley's taken money from transfers out of the club, exploits it for the purposes of Sports Direct and allows no real link between the manager and player recruitment.

It has Brett and Ian W's name all over it, like.
-
Aye, that and something else.
-
He wouldn't, like. Not that I rate Gouffran out wide.

At the end of Drivetime (7PM) it'll definitely be up.

The nonchalant malaise that's engulfed the club is typified most heavily by Pardew and Coloccini. Both dreadful leaders but effective as yielding yes men.
-
Adrian Durham slating Pardew for his management of Ben Arfa It's been perfect so far. Let's hope they don't do a phone in To be fair, the Newcastle fans who ring TalkSport usually say the right things, comparatively.
-
He's captain, he'd be expected to present the club viewpoint officially even if he thinks Pardew is a twat. As someone mentioned already, he still didn't offer any support to Pardew. He's also expected to lead the team and set an example on the playing side of things. He does neither.
-
If only, man. Sadly he can't.
-
The irony being, Colo's utterly useless performances as a defender and captain might see Hatem back.
-
Need to make sure Pardew's gone or dead before that time.
-
How did the players get Hughton sacked?
-
Anal picked the only candidate and as pliable and brainless as him.

The one in Portugal with rocks instead of a stand behind one of the goals is arousing.
