I don't think that's the one, I think it was more about going to a match rather than the stadiums. But it'll do cheers. You beat me to it. Robert seems too good for that team. The criteria seems to be good flair players at ~midtable teams, mostly who had fairly fleeting success. Robert propelled us to 4th/3rd/5th and played in the Champions League.

There's a thread about going to non-Newcastle games. 'Other football' but not that, cos I've searched it. Anyone?

Was it his body language?

Can't get used to us being "money bags Newcastle"

https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1439422013210201 Premier League 'Shearer's best moments at Blackburn' As I've gotten older I've found I really enjoy watching his goals there too - feel so attached it makes me proud to see those too. And he was at such a high level then. Love that he scored for us at Ewood Park in his very last season too.

ASM's can't be right surely? Surely he'd have been off or renegotiated that.
-
I felt like the impressive thing was not so much that he made those stops, but that he stopped them and got the ball away - they could very easily have fallen for rebounds.

That was great control by Schar under pressure, could easily have panic-knocked that into goal -

Loved that tbh. Proper hard pushes too. Nice end. Burn laughing -
Went to ManU after (and played in goal). Prick.

We've been shit but well in the game. Does this mean we're a proper good team now? -

That convinced me they should change the rule for pens. That was outside the box but should've been a pen, yet some shit ricochet off an elbow going away from a goal is a pen? At the time was thinking that could've relegated us. -

My da thought he was "anonymous" against Forest Need to add that video to the dossier of people saying how good he was to send him.

Yes! I almost posted that yesterday, though I think it's just that picture.

Such a joke man - there's hardly any teams we need to wear an away kit against, and one of the ones we actually do they make TWO away kits that also clash Also that 'fourth' kit that we're wearing - it has SJP on it twice right? The bottom and the top. That irks me.
-
Also Almirón. I hear Al-MEE-ron a lot, but it's Al-me-RON. I never pronounced David Ginola in the French way though. Commentators tried with Joelinton at first then just gave up.
-
What do you mean 'expected points'? 10th is right around where we actually finished, despite writing off half a season - we finished 11th, 2 points behind 9/10th.
-
I said 8th, though I'm not sure who I'd actually put as 7th above us, so think we've got a very good shot at 7th too. 6th or higher is hard to imagine, especially if we're relying on Wilson fitness, but we could realistically sneak 6th with ManU or someone having a dodgy year. I think below 8th will be a disappointment considering the second half of last season and the additions we've made since. We should be definitely aiming to establish ourselves at the top one or two teams outside the top 6, ready to push on into the 6 next season. We should also be giving the cups a good go.
