I reckon he's instinctively and speculatively tried to guide it towards goal, too, TBH.
-
Yeah he's been positive. Could really do with a goal tonight/ASAP.
-
Absolute moron in the crowd blowing a whistle every time we have a half decent chance.
-
Looked quite positive since coming on.

Don't disagree. But it was a clear pull. I don't think there's enough evidence to definitively say the pull continued into the box. For that reason I don't think there's a clear error in the original decision.
-
Yeah, hard to tell if it carried on into the box, too. Not sure how they can, with certainty, award a pen.
-
It was a definite shirt pull, mind.

He'd be committing himself to an awful long time of not getting paid, assuming he'd be fined in full etc. Not to mention further reputational damage to himself.

crying about crying.

Load of bollocks.

Don't agree that Gordon has gone in to do the player. It's a red, sure, but a red from a mistimed poor challenge, not because he's lost his head.
-
Agreed. It was a poorly timed attempt to get the ball, after sprinting the pitch. It wasn't a result of him losing his head.

I mean, TBF, if there's anyone in the whole squad you wouldn't want to match up against in that game, it's probably Botman

As long as all accounts are counted, that's all that counts.

Does guff mean "his biggest strength"? I want him replaced with a keeper that can actually play football, but his best attribute is generally his ability to sweep

So what you're saying is that if this happens, every possible scenario is possible? -
Yes I recall him doing his best to miss despite being practically in the net
-
Bit late to the party but my memory was that Pearce was the best of the three for us, Barnes was okay and not much more, and Rush was absolutely useless, although if I remember rightly he scored a goal in the cup that put us through late on... Everton was it?!
-
That was worryingly quick

Even worse when their name is just numbers.
