He’s nowhere near as bad as people say. He is capable of being okay but he has made many totally ineffective appearances for us.
-
It does seem difficult to see where any points are going to come from at the moment.
-
Joselu is so useless. Just no urgency.
-
We are mind numbingly shite.
-
Gale saying if we'd won at the end it would be "the steal of all time". What the fuck was he on, banging on like Palace were outstanding
-
Most, if not all were poor in the second half, however Ritchie had the most quality of any of our players in the first half and made some clever passes/crosses.
-
He had some nice moments with us from my memory, scored a rocket against Man Utd, put in an absolute peach for Albert Luque to score against Palermo (it was also Tim Krul and Andy Carroll's debut that night) and i remember he ran the full length of the pitch and back in the 119th minute in a cup tie against Sheffield Wednsday if i am not mistaken, he was decent. Yeah, failure is probably too strong word. Milner is a good gauge of where we are now. He was frustrating back then because he was below the quality we'd come to expect, however that same raw player would be one of the first on our current team sheet.

fair enough but he never does that, ever I know, and it bothers me

i think the ones specifically complaining about rafa need to fucking pull themselves together... SUBS, PUT SUBS ON FFS etc. jesus I love Rafa as much as anyone, and am 100% behind him, however that backing doesn't mean I'm not able to criticise things he does that I don't particularly agree with. big picture small picture really, we'd not be in this state if he hadn't been fucked over imo once the 2nd went in he's wrote the game off and decided to keep his only 2 decent attacking options for games we stand a better chance of winning but yeah subs Well obviously I agree with your first point, but incidentally my criticism was that he should have made a change before the second went in, since it was unbelievably obvious we was about to concede again. I don't think there's anything wrong with pointing that out.

not fit enough to risk imo or he and Rondon would have been on. If you categorically aren't going to use a player then don't put them on the bench.
-
Shelvey unused when he should have been on as soon as we went a goal down.
-
Feel like Rafa should have reacted before that goal. It's been clear since the 1st goal they were going to score again.

I thought that this time last season after a few games, right before the wheels came off and we looked like we wasn't going to win another game all season. Ultimately we was okay but the lack of quality meant the margins were incredibly fine and will be again this season unfortunately.
-
We've played fairly well but doing what we do best, and that's not capitalising on a team that is there for the taking. We let teams get away with so many mistakes. Shelvey and Rondon on; more of the same and we have a chance.

Mane's decision making is so bad sometimes.
-
Going to be all but impossible to even force interest this time next year when Benitez has left and Ashley is showing no signs of selling.
-
I was just a little surprised at how significantly outpaced he was.
-
There was a moment in the second half where he was chasing a man back on the left flank and looked surprisingly slow.
-
Picking up where we left off last year wasting match winning chances time and again.
-
Only us. Sums up probably Kenedy's worst performance for us. 1 point out of a possible 15 it looks like, then.
-
Predictably poor game lacking in quality. The commentators seemingly want to see Cardiff do well to the point where they spent most of the half banging on about how they were really going for it, when in reality the game had very little of note. Kenedy should be off, obviously.

I think we've said this about every single signing we've made so far. yep
