I would like as to get some known quality aswell as a few chances.. baggio already said more than likely if they come it will be to make up the numbers, having 45 million dont mean we need to waste it all splashing out on big name signings which SA said he aint after a trophy signing and would like to continue his transfer policy his way. Plenty of time to get some very descent signings in, I see this as only being us skimming the surface when it comes to the rebuilding

There is nothing they can do whatever we offered it triggered the release clause and gave us permission to talk Barton has given his word. So why Man C have yet to release documents makes no sense. the fact that they maybe dont really want to let him go and there is fuck all they can do about the release clause makes them want to be like twats and drag their knuckles but cause none of us are insiders we really dont know what the matter is.

Good summery tbf! The whole thing caught me off guard. I'm just glad he came across as honest none of this wishy washing never spelling anything out crap, tied up alot of loose ends in one interview rather than when roedent took over it was all I will sign 5/6, got my targets in my sights , just wait till i get my players in etc etc. an i dont think I have heard SA speak negatively of anyone currently in the side which is always a good thing regardless what he thinks in private in public you never knock a player that way it always causes bad vibes.

Nobodys mentioned top class players. If you were to replace Dyer, for the better, he'd just have to be a decent player. but thats a point I am making I do feel he is a decent player depending on what we bring in he is good enough to be a squad player regardless of an improved fitness regieme SA wants to bring in there is nothing stopping the owen type freak accidents/injuries I just have belief that if Dyer was to stay then SA would get the best out of him. We really dont need to strip it back to the bare bones more so than we already have. As someone said before I agree I would be the type to say yes to a 5+ million bid as due to his injury record it is a good price but realistically unless the spuds and chelsea rumours are true we would not be talking that kind of money.

we need depth and just cause we will get a cash injection dont mean we need to get rid of everyone, when you make a list of players we need to get shot of I dont see dyer as high up there, there are plenty of games to play per season, I agree rocker he needs to really put his head down stop being seen as a spoilt kid with too much spare cash and try showing the club some desire and loyalty and TBH I think he has been decent sinse he came back from injury, of course we could do better than him but where does it stop do you want a 10 million+ world class player x 2 for each position.

I would have more concerns of us being like a cash cow to milk we go to buy a player and case we are rich (take over needed) and then treble the price or start saying that they will only sell to us for twice the price, some of chelsea's buys for example have been well over the top.

sinse we need a leader I really cant see shay being given the arm band you cant exactly lead from the box taylor or possibly one of the new signings sinse we are replacing half the squad would be a good shout really.

looking at parkers stats would you say he was worth the 7-8.5 being quoted? think alot of comments have been that although he has had a poor season there is an obvious talent there and maybe moving to a new club will be like a new lease of life.

i agree to an extent there they have to be careful as although some fans obviously buy the kits without question there is always a % that buy it cause it looks good why would a arsenal fan want to buy a man u away kit with their badges on

if it all goes to plan and this all happens cannot wait to see who comes out on top out the three of them, none of them have any excuses really, prem experience, not kids no more and working on the basis of a clean slate.

but you have to admit have left us severely short even if they werent good enough do we really want kids as back up everytime someone gets injured, seems like we need to buy alot to make us comfortable again, not that im saying we wont be signing a few and if the take over goes through we will no doubt have the funds just worried we need to make alot of new squad players gell together.

I can't believe they're trying to justify signing Bramble? saying he was doing quite fine before he came to our 'cursed' club and just because he was a failure here, doesn't mean he won't be there They're in for a bit of a shock methinks i think we have a better chance of buying eto than they do getting the best out of bramble

tbh he has carried liverpool alot this season and although I do think it has turned into "my contract is more lucrative than yours" I do think unlike some he deserves it

always seemed a better player with butt along side him, have to agree his dead balls have been woeful, would much rather we identify someone else i.e nobby to take them if he is to stay, with all that is happening if someone comes in for him with a reasonable offer I would not loose any sleep seeing him go and watch SA weal and deal a bit more

tbh i have never heard any of our defenders last season being quoted as being a "rock in defence" although know nothing about the lad
