I would like to see us stick with the current formation but move Zog in an attacking midfield role, with Milner staying where he is and Enrique coming in at LB. That way we would have a bit more pace and creativity in midfield. Obviously the Zog playing there wouldn't be guaranteed to work, but i say it's worth a try.

Our midfield is atrocious, they can't pass, they have no vision, no footballing brain, the list goes on. Barton, Geremi, and Smith make me grimace every time they get the ball. They do work hard though, i'll give them that.

But people are booing BECAUSE the team is playing badly, not the other way around.

Riquelme could maybe work in a 4-4-1-1 similar to the position Elano plays at City, it would be a risk though. IF we did get him i'm 90% sure it would be for a 4-5-1
