The ideal end goal is to have two rows (or two steps) between each rail, isn't it? I think Everton have built it into their stadium plan. Jon Darch is the go-to on this:

In the wise old words of Limmy, block and move on.

Goodnight, sweet prince. May he have a restful, sprint-free retirement.

That's class. Genuinely tempted to get one.

Just in time to catch NUFC's return to the big time.

In fairness, it might actually be decent this year.

I just bought one and the only option was the Black and White one. I'd have definitely gone for the cheaper Digital option had it been there!

They're able to buy one additional ticket at the same time as Members.

It's just the daft way they've categorised the type of pass. That type of pass is shown by that arrow in that position, regardless of whether the fullback plays on the left or right side. Basically Targett is mint and that's all they needed to say.

Saw the top in person for the first time today. It's really nice, like. Whack a blue star on it and

Only the predominant pass categories for each player are highlighted and the colour represents how often those passes are made, on average, per completed pass. At least, I think that's what their explanation meant.

I wonder if we'll be looking to keep any senior players on in a reserves-only capacity, like it seems a lot of the clubs in Europe are doing.

Of course I do, but there has to be some sort of balance. The 60,000 home fans bit I mentioned would give us the opportunity to have 45,000-50,000 ST holders and 10,000 tickets for general sale. If demand was regularly outstripping that then obviously there'd be more of a case to answer for a larger scale expansion/move. I was absolutely gutted about not getting a ST this morning. I also understand that this is very much a good thing and will make it all the sweeter when I do get one. I'll be getting a membership and going to as many games as I can next season. It's not ideal, but I'm just buzzing to actually care again. The fact our arguments are now about capacities rather than Steve fucking Bruce and Mike Ashley is very much a good thing.

Really though? How big a stadium are you after? We already have a fantastic stadium in a pretty unique city location, which we're filling every week and generating an electric atmosphere in. If we're able to up the capacity to ~60,000 home fans that would be ideal and not beyond the realms of possibility, imo. That's before any talk of reconfiguration and/or changes to incorporate standing. Let's capitalise and improve what we've already got. The idea of a new build 80,000 stadium elsewhere simply isn't one I'm comfortable with. It'd destroy the atmosphere and we'd lose that feeling of belonging everyone knows about when they enter SJP. Sod being an expensive place for wealthy day-trippers.
-
Let's see what's possible at SJP first, before we bin off 130 years of history for something shinier, eh?

It looks brilliant where it is.

Were you straight into the portal or did you get the under maintenance message first?

Got all the way to my turn to see the under maintenance page. Fuck off.

Shambolically organised, like, there's no denying that.
