Was just reading up on this. There are 12 host nations and 6 groups, with each group having 2 hosts allocated already. Scotland are the other host in our group, but because they can only make it through the playoffs, the game between us will be at Wembley. Italy get 3 home games because Azerbaijan didn't qualify. If both hosts in a group qualify, the game between them will be determined by some complex tie breaking procedure I didn't bother reading.
