People and the media might try and give excuses such as Europe and having too many French players, but those are rubbish. Anyone who's watched us regularly can see it's the manager's fault.

Benitez says he wants to stay in England. It won't be at Manchester United or City, Chelsea, Arsenal or Spurs. Doubt he'd go to Everton after managing Liverpool, and Brendan Rodgers isn't going anywhere. If you leave out those teams, which club is a better option than us?

We were completing for Champions League last season, and that was with Pardew. With the improvements last month and discounting the manager, there's no reason we're not capable of doing it again.
