I don't know much about his time as a coach in leagues, but I always felt when he was coaching England that he wasn't willing or able to make the tough decisions. It showed with the teams that he chose to field. He always chose to play the big names, even when they didn't deserve to play. Maybe I'm not being fair, but I think that whoever takes over for Roeder has to be able to make some big decisions about how this club is to turn around.

If Chelsea win the title due to a point deduction, it will be a disgrace.

It's a good point about the shirts and such. I just counted and I have nine Newcastle shirts that I've purchased over the years. I won't buy any more until Roeder is gone, at the least. I still support the club, but not with my money, until something is done.

I would say that had more to do with the breakdown of the rest of the team, tbh. He's an out-and-out striker, so if he's not getting good balls put into him, he's not going to be in it.

So, does Dyer just not want to play at Newcastle anymore? He was out there for 90 minutes, and he gave us maybe 2 minutes of effort. And that "strike" (and I use that word lightly) at the end was pathetic. Just pathetic. I was shocked, too, to see Owen out there for 95 minutes. That's just too risky. We have nothing to play for, so why is Roeder risking him, especially after two more crucial injuries? For Roeder to risk Owen for a small chance at Intertoto is wreckless.

It's spelt "gyp" and it's a racial slur. I'm sorry to be an a** and point that out, but these types of things upset me. It didn't upset me that you spelled it wrong. To say that you got "gypped" is a racial slur. It is the same as saying that you got "Jewed" except it is against Gypsies. And I wasn't upset; a lot of people don't realize when they say it that it's a slur, so I pointed it out. It may be a dead metaphor, which explains the Wiki reference, but it is a slur, nonetheless. Anyways, as I said, I wasn't trying to put you down or start a fight.

I can't wait to see Edgar play with Canada at the U-20 World Cup in Toronto this summer. This news makes it even better. He's pure class, and I'm glad we have him.
