Longstaff has to come off for Willock 2nd half and push Willock forward like last season and let Joe drop back

HOW have we not scored yet???
-
It's totally unfeasible like, you've got players also leaving, players no longer in the 25 man squad, players injured that weren't when the game was meant to be played, you've got new managers, new owners. Or are we just caveating the rules that only if you've got better players in certain positions then they can't play?
-
Most tbh, if we were to go down and they were promoted and they got thrashed 9-0 in the last game, relegating them and it prevented us from winning the league then they would be dancing in the streets.
-
I wonder if the new owners have perused this forum and are waiting until 3pm tomorrow?

Ahh Sunderland, the schadenfreude that keeps on schadenfreude-ing. I see they've gone back to slapping each other on the backs about sportswashing and convincing themselves we're going to be relegated anyway in the wake of the Trippier news. Bless them.

Someone who can actually clear the first man from set plays too!
-
Maybe I should have said regular starter, none of them were regular names on the teamsheet, Townsend probably the pick of the bunch though.
-
When was the last time we bought an England International? 2005??
-
Fantastic first signing, great statement of intent and hopefully leads to other players on the radar gaining trust in the process.
-
Get in! Quality start to the transfer window.
-
Arbitration should have been today, instead we are in the vinegar strokes of a deal to bring Trippier here. What a different world it could have been!
-
Absolute steal at £12m plus add ons, if we end up paying more it'll be because we stayed up and he played an integral part in that and is totally worth it. What is this transfer window witchcraft??

Wolves dominating Manure at OT, you love to see it, the score really flattering Man u atm

Rafa is a Liverpool shaped peg in an Everton shaped hole, he was never going to fit. On the face of it he hasn't done well there for a multitude of reasons. The worst part about it is the damage he has done to his professional image. I hope he bounces back and doesn't just fade away after this.

Our bid is £12.50 and a pack of Doritos #WeTried

Wouldn't be surprised if they yoyo if they do go up, they don't have the Financial cliut to compete in the Champo anymore.
-
Every year we think they'll do it (as do they) and every year they make an absolute mess of it when the chips are down.

The rank hypocrisy online the past few days is nothing short of astounding. I get how it looks with ASM and Wilson getting crocked, but the real fume is the fact everyone expects us to spend a gazillion pounds in January and 2 extra games is a potential 6 points with new players. Most other teams have gotten games postponed so screw them.
-
Not the same player since he came back from injury, he seems to have lost some confidence, still by far the best keeper on our books but his form is worrying.
-
I've stayed with a 6 through some rough times and I'm remaining there, still plenty of the season to play and we're still within striking distance of safety, but we're still in the relegation zone. We aren't, however, playing like a relegated team, keep up this effort and performance level and its a matter of time before we climb out, not "if".
-
Bruce absolutely wrecked his progress, but he looked solid today, hopefully he can find some of that Rafa form in the second half of the season. There's definitely a better player in there than the last 2 years have shown, he just needs pointing in the right direction. Ideally the midfield is replaced in January but he may have a part to play and hopefully he keeps improving again.

As much as Man u didn't play well I think its important to acknowledge our game plan was much to do with that, we pressed high, hassled them all game, broke with speed and never let them settle. Their best period in the game was when we lost some of that momentum and players were clearly getting jaded and allowed them to play a bit more as we started to play deeper.
