actually quiet sad that cabella probably never got the chance to prove his critics wrong! Lovely player who can´t be blamed for last seasons failure. He is the type player who needs time to adjust to this league. Tactics, managers and not playing regular in an attacking side is the reason why he did not perform last season. Why should he when no other did?

Lots of good CBs around - just pick one and move on to new positions. I would like us put in a cheeky bit for okore at villa...but I'm afraid that's rather unlikely to happen...

His potential is high but seems like his personality could be against him? im not really against this move (in Carr i trust) but he seems like a lad that won´t perform from day 1. Cabella is a favorite of mine and i do believe he could have a good season here....so if we shipped obertan / Gouffran then i would estatic. As others have mentioned - defence should be first priority. 3 new defenders wouldn´t be 1 too many. backup RB, CB would could challenge Colo, quality LB. I do not mind the colo extension - but the problem is that he as captain is first man on the team sheet.

after last weekend were i was pretty excited and positive - things are now back to normal. 3 signings are not enough. quality cover for RB, new quality LB and quality CB - for a start please. New winger and maybe a quality striker

people who wants rid of cisse are weird Ok line up - guess it is ok to start with both anita and colback - still early days. obviously starting obertan is a bit meh...hoped Aarons would start.

i hope (and believe) that Cabella can be a very good player for us this season. He will need time to gain form but if he is used right and have quality around him im sure he will show his potential. He might not be the best crosser and often he will cut in - therefore i think him aarons will be good cover for left side. And i think they both have quality enough already. Cabella is also a good option on RW position and if anita (or other DM), wijnaldum and De Jong is central i do not mind sissoko on RW. His pace, strength and crossing can do a lot of good from there. So ok cover for that position. If we are going to buy and new LW/RW i hope they will go for a natural crosser as we have really good forwards to aim for. My main concern is actually Perez. Were is he going to fit in...more players can cover more positions....and he is not (atm) first or 2nd choice in any of them. He will hopefully get many minutes but probably in many different postions - which might not be the best for his game/development?

Boilesen is leaving Ajax. fairly cheap and good Lb with good potential still.
