It is. If you take reckless/unlawful actions that results in someone dying that you never intended then that is manslaughter. In the U.K. murder is usually reserved for preemptive/planned/intented acts of killing someone. They're not the same charge, man. Causing death by dangerous driving is one of the most widely used examples of manslaughter. The most serious examples of death by reckless driving are prosecuted under manslaughter. Death by reckless driving charges are usually reserved for those who are bad drivers (not deliberately reckless) and end up killing someone.

Stoke loss - perfect Bournemouth win / WBA loss - makes no odds really. Bournemouth basically safe and WBA gone Hudds loss / Palace win - draw was ideal result but a Palace win probably better than a Huddersfield one

  6. Apparently Shay Given is doing a 12hr penalty shootout marathon for Sport Relief next week. Anyone reckon he might save one?

  8. Man U deserve to be out after such a pathetic approach to tonight's match like. Class.
  9. Pat Butcher takes over as Southampton manager; to raise transfer funds by going back on the game

Norwich seem allergic to goals and McBurnie is in class form for Barnsley. Howay the Tykes.

    3. We're 4 points away from securing it IMO (GD counting as a 5th).

Got to be slinging 20 benk on a Mitro hatty when he plays against them like. (With a covering bet on a red card of course)

    Paul Dummett

He wasn't exactly tested but may have been his best game for the club yesterday. He was class.

    2. We've lost 3 since early December... twice to Man City and one away at Liverpool. WBA and Huddersfield at home - 4 points there and we're home and dry IMO. That would give us 36pts with a healthy GD, so effectively 37pts. That alone will do it, but we'll pick up the odd other win and draw from the other six games. I think we'll see 41 points come the season end.
  15. Give the gadgey a fucking medal
  16. Decisive as fuck claiming every high ball (apart from one slight rick he got away with) and made the regulation save he had to. The confidence he gives the back four is invaluable. He's a very good keeper and it's mental he's been fannying around in the Eastern League for so many years.
  17. We were class today. Strong, decisive and positive all over the pitch. Diame and Shelvey absolutely bullied the midfield and there wasn't a bad performance in a home shirt. By contrast, Southampton were pathetic. Pellegrino surely has to be getting the tin tack fairly soon.

I know mackems who eulogise over the likes of Cana and Mensah, players who couldn't be arsed to spend more than a season at the club It'd be like us sitting reminiscing about Sibierski or Helder.
  20. He was a repetitive arsehole who ruined the forum for a few years. Threads such as "who should be third choice keeper, Krul or Forster?" were derailed into old board vs new board.

"A lot of empty seats here" says Matt Murray on Sky. Mag Murray
  22. Walsall 2/1 at home vs Rochdale and Villa evens at the Mackems look good prices.
  23. That Matic goal is HUGE. Amazing.
  24. Such a shame that he's had a back injury described as the worst he has faced in his career? And then being in and out of the side only to get hoyed in against the most attacking team in the country because Jonjo hurt his knee? He's had about 3 or 4 good games in our shirt, lets not get carried away.
