Thought we were good there. Had the better of the minimal chances and restricted City very well. Hall and Ramsey particularly are playing well. Starting to worry about Wissa just a tiny bit. It's early, but his finishing has left a lot to be desired so far.

Wish I could be a bit more excited about this. It's obviously great that we can retain players who've been consistently linked with a move but his form has been on the slide for a while and his injury record is appalling. Hope he can get back to the player he was earlier on in his stint and just spend a decent period not crocked.

Madrid looked crap last night, it was effectively an elevated version of "give it to Maxi" under Brucey except with Vini Jr. Not surprised as it's probably the most long-term cut throat job in football.
