  1. Terry looks absolutely finished. Really hope we don't take him to the Euros.

I think he's offski. Fulham would be a good move for him.
  4. I'm delighted that Pardew has two or three systems in mind and that he continues to tweak them and change them game-by-game in order to get the best chance of winning. As long as the players can cope in these multiple systems (and so far it looks like they can), then we're doing it right.
  5. I think Wigan will do it tonight, probably 0-3. Will be gutted if that's the score as I ain't backing it.

    Alan Pardew

    'Hellaw Pards, y'areet?'
  7. He absolutely had Zabaleta yesterday on two occasions, really promising for just a young lad. Next season will be big for him.
  8. He's a good player, he's just horribly inconsistent and prone to the occasional mare of a game. He had a good spell when he came into the team and he's been good (Wigan off-day aside) pretty much since the Sunderland game too. Hope we keep him as a squad player. Whilst he shouldn't be first choice, if he plays 8-10 league games next season that's perfectly alright.
  9. If Liverpool beat Chelsea they do, no? I don't think Liverpool will beat Chelsea.
  10. Despite the fact we regularly get humped here (last seasons HBA wondergoal game aside), I'm confident we'll win purely cos Everton have nowt to play for.
  11. Actually, a rather poignant one for me. My grandad died on the same day we beat Wolves 1-2 with Ba getting the winner. That very night, at the end of Match of the Day, Gary Lineker said something about John Motson spending 40(?) years at the BBC, and then proceeded to introduce 'a tribute to Motty' which featured clips of his most famous commentary etc. My mam and dad's nickname for my grandad (Tommy) was 'Motty'. I remember me and my dad just sitting in silence watching the video, scarcely believing what we were seeing. Strange times.
  12. Players to score treble: Nolan for West Ham Moses for Wigan O'Connor for Hibs £1.50 wins £34.30
  13. Considering West Ham's home record has been absolutely atrocious this season, and that Cardiff have already won there, 25/1 for Cardiff to qualify in normal time is a really good price imo.
  14. Some of my favourites are: Ryan Taylor, over the wall Sammy's winner at Scunthorpe Ba's hattrick at Stoke Shola's equaliser against Spurs The excitement when we signed Cisse Enrique in goal, Carroll's untriumphant return and making Kenny miserable Ben Arfa's goal against Blackburn in the cup The renaissance of James Perch Cisse's pair at Chelsea Cabaye's freekick against Man U + many many more

Rangers have a transfer ban, don't they? Not sure how that applies to free agents, mind.

Best wishes to the guy. I'd imagine we'll have him back in the future for the half-time hero or whatever. Always gave his best, even when that was admittedly quite a way short.
  17. So essentially, the forum who can get it's fans to press a button the most wins? Count me in, voted.
  18. Surely has to be McLeish for the WBA job? Unless he takes over at Wolves instead
  19. Cisse 2-0 tomorrow is 115/1 with WH, got £1 on that earlier. Also got £2 on us to win at 7/2, £2 on Cisse FGS and 50p on Santon FGS at 66/1
  20. Let's have a Norwich winner, please please please
