Three nights of football dreams now. Last night, I dreamt we had a game against Forest on Sunday morning before the final. Eddie played the first team, and we lost 1-0. I was fuming—everyone would be knackered and demoralized just hours before the final I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but those butterflies are starting to kick in.

Went to Bruge away many years ago. Saw more people I knew in the city centre than I see in Newcastle. It was a class trip, despite not managing to get a ticket to the game. No regrets.

Is the club just cursed? I guess this just underlines our underdog status, less pressure for the players *clutching straws*

Was great seeing everyone yesterday, both old faces and new! I'm sorry I ended up leaving early, I was pretty much gone by the second half. First time I've had a proper drink this year and I didn't handle it well I told myself before I got absolutly battered that it would be an excellent day no matter the result as I'd get to see so many old friends, and despite everything I had a great time. Big thank you @BlazeT44 for organsing everything, absolutely top bloke, and your family were so canny as well. Hope everyone is feeling ok today!

We're in a fucking cup final!!!! Can't believe it. I've been on this forum for so many years, one of my first posts was being gutted we'd lost Milner to Aston Villa , I wasn't sure we'd ever get to celebrate even being in a cup final during those soul sucking Ashley years. Was on edge until the very last second, but we've done it. We finally get to see Wembley. Whatever happens, I love this team and our manager. Who'd have thought it a year ago, eh?
