Imagine being Ben Arfa on Saturday - there's 3 men on you and, when you get past them, there's never anyone there. Shola is in central midfield, De Jong is thinking about the 10 touches he'll need and the best option is Tiote, 25 yards out. Very frustrating.

Absolutely heartbreaking to see fans genuinely think this bullshit. They're defending the undefendable with a straight face, having the audacity to criticise those that have always seen the truth.

Each of those players should be ashamed of themselves but we know they won't be - if they gave a shit they wouldn't keep doing this to us. The defending was embarassing and the predictability of our attacks was cringeworthy. Second half saw a slight improvement but the damage was already done. Particularly bad was Santon, Shola and Williamson but they were almost all 1 out of 10 performances (at best). Hatem was out best player. My highlight was the pitch invaders, at least the first one tried to make a point. It just hurts to know that they'll always let us down like this.

First time I've properly been on here since the match but that first half was the worst thing I've ever seen. Pardew is a shithead, I hate him and he fucked this up like never before. Playing hoofball to Shola Ameobi ffs - even when it worked there was no follow-up. His full-time job is to work on tactics and training, yet that was the best he came up with? Probably the biggest regret of my life was not running onto the pitch and punching him right in the face.

For me, the real tragedy of yesterday was that our fanbase will just take it. That first half was probably the worst performance I've ever seen from any team at any level, but we'll just take it - as always. The players went straight down the tunnel because they dont care about us, but we'll just take it. Even if the "Pardew, give us a wave" crew finally disappears, there was barely any vocal discontent. And even if there's a mass walkout from season ticket holders with dignity, there'll always be replacements. Attendances wont suffer, nothing will change. So thats the real tragedy - we get served that shite and yet nothing will change until the fatman goes.
