  1. What a load of bollocks. We were shite. Our Centre Back's passing the ball between each other for 80mins of the game doesn't mean we did well. Rafa needs a fucking brain transplant if he thinks we can go anywhere with Colback in the team- how can you play a possession-based game with Colback as your #6, and when Shelvey is on the bench? Madness. Utter madness. Gamez needs to get in ahead of Dummett because that kid is League 1 material. Gobshite. And maybe they do need a kick up the ass to realise that are still ruining peoples week
  2. Got the Union Jack on it. It's racist.
  3. Really good article, this. Worth a read! http://www.thestatszone.com/articles/should-alan-pardew-be-under-more-pressure-at-crystal-palace
  4. Umbro are class. Wish England still had them.
  5. Our kit/training gear would be really cool if it just didn't have that fucking Wonga written on it. You'd have to be some muppet to wear that shit.
  6. The fact that this oxygen thief is even near contention just goes to show how terrible the state of English football is still in. A depressed football nation, but give it a couple of weeks and Sky will be wanking over how much PL clubs can spend, whilst the millions of idiot, new-age PC, consumer fan will lap it up and beg for more via Twitter/Instagram/FB etc. Where the fuck are the productions of Man Utd's Academy? Man City's Academy (richest club in the world)? Chelsea's Academy? Arsenal's Academy? Tottenham's Academy? NEWCASTLE UNITED'S Academy (our record of bringing through young players is especially woeful)? Nowhere to be seen. All that matters now is the next £30m signing, the next commercial move. It is not about English football anymore, it is about this sterile, corporate monster of a franchise we have created.
  7. Modern football stadiums are shite. There's about 3 templates that teams choose from. The majority of the time clubs just don't need to move, but for commercial benefits do. It absolutely sucks. This season is Atletico Madrid's last season in the Vicente Calderon also. I'll definitely have to try and get in with the Ultras a couple of times this season, looks amazing.

Agree. It staggers me that after 10 years of lies, f***-ups, disprespect and spitefulness, people still believe this man will change. Spot on. Why can't we enjoy Rafa signing but also campaign for Ashley to fuck off and die? I'm so disillusioned with both Ashley and the majority of our fanbase that I'm struggling to give a fuck even if Rafa does sign. Yeah, it would still give me a kick if he did, but knowing what our club is about under Ashley just doesn't sit with me. I can't enjoy it 100% as long as that cunt is here.
  9. In fairness, what he said about Simeone is absolutely true.
  10. Once again, when we go down we will be managerless and in complete disarray with the bulk of our squad scrambling for a move away. If he thinks it will be as easy as last time he will be in for a huge shock. Last time we didn't spend a penny (apart from £2m on Leon Best in January) in the summer, and flung the job the way of one of the coaches who thankfully turned out to be quality. Now everyone is extremely aware of how the club is run and what is going on, it is a complete atmosphere of depression and resignation- it will only get worse once Benitez leaves as well.
  11. I desperately hope his heart stops. I have never hated a human being that I have never met as much as this repulsive man.
  12. If WHU are going to salvage that stadium then they're seriously going to need to form a 'Singing Section' area (that is quite large) to allow fans to stand and sing. Otherwise it will be about as lively as a fox imprinted into the hard shoulder of the M2. If I were a West Ham fan I'd be totally devastated about leaving the Boleyn. Even the area (despite looking like a street from Islamabad) cultivates that feeling of identity and pride with the club and it's history- Green Street etc. It's a proper ground imo, makes me sad to see another iconic English stadium being traded for a soulless bowl like The Olympic Stadium; Sky will absolutely wank themselves into overdrive about how 'modern' and 'safe' and 'family friendly' it is

    England

Think Noble is a good player, but no where near good enough to get near the England team. Comparing him to Colback as well
  14. Hope he gets hit by a bus and doesn't survive
  15. If he likes De Jong, then thank fuck The guy is brilliant imo, just needs a long run in the team. Improved us a lot when he came on. Quality player imo.
  16. I hope you're right. But I thought Taylor was an injury doubt, heading into the game? As for the game. It is nice to actually not lose to the f***ers, for a change. Even at 1-0, I thought to myself "It's an improvement, on the usual 3-0 score line" But in all seriousness. I think we're going down. The worst part is, I actually care again. If McClaren were still here, I really wouldn't give a s***. So appointing Rafa, is a bit of a catch 22, for me. Well said. I think if we don't beat Norwich there's not much hope left. If we do go down, maybe people will realise just how awful and totally unambitious Ashley has been this whole time, and finally the masses will revolt against him. But in saying that, I too care again. The absolute hysteria that came out of me when Mitro scored was so many years of anger, disappointment, disillusionment, and relief. Amazing. What a game football is. Such a shame how one man can ruin it for all of us though.
  17. Anita looks a better FB than Janmaat. Thought Janmaat looked fantastic at the start of last season but think he's totally checked out now. Love Vern, me

Think we'll get done at least 0-3 against these lot. It's going to be absolutely fucking miserable- if we thought the previous ones were bad, they won't have shit on this one imo.
  19. The alternatives to McClaren at this stage
  20. Yet another evening pissed on, but I'm glad we lost. A) I want us to go down (in the hope that Ashley fucks off). B) If we had won tonight the wank fest over Ashley would have been too much to bear.
  21. Nope. Want us to go down. I have lost so much love for Newcastle United over the past couple of years, it is absolutely heartbreaking. I simply cannot support this club fully anymore and my only sense of enjoyment will be us going down to financially spite Ashley. I cant believe it has come to this, but it shows just what a perilous situation the club is in. Personally, I think these signings were too little too late. We deserve to go down. We are an absolute shithouse of a club. Our match-going fans are probably the 3rd worst element of the club; behind Ashley and the SD logos around SJP. I am so bitter. Die, Ashley.
