This is a great season tbh. I can't remember there were so many teams who were so evenly balanced relatively. Usually you have 1 or 2 who are clearly way better than 2 or 3 others who are miles ahead of the rest, and so on. This year there are loads competing quite equally for a number of spaces. I think the only team who you'd fully expect not to slip outside the top 4 are Man City. The rest, to varying degrees, are not guaranteed top 4 at all IMO.

Shame their fans all hate us for no apparent reason. And plenty vice versa. Why can't we all love each other?

Just about deserved that. 1st half was terrible from all concerned, 2nd half I think we were better for longer periods than Swansea. Wins like that get you places. I thought after Barkley fell over when 1 on 1 and a series of wrong decisions by various players, it might be one of those days. Kept going and 2 pieces of quality from 2 quality young players got us the win. Terrible defending for their goal mind. 2 points off the top. Lerl.

He has. Not as bad as Mirallas though so far.

Lukaku is going to be insanely good in a couple of years if he continues his development, but I think his movement is lacking currently. Control as well needs to improve if he's to become as good a player as he ought to be.

Well no, he's not great, but no-one in their right mind would talk about this Southampton side as "great". They look pretty decent and should be finishing top 10, perhaps top 8 if they don't get many injuries.

I'd say Lambert is definitely more than decent.
