As much as I detest the twat, I can see why it's a red. Total stupidity from Paulinho regardless of whether you think it's a yellow or a red.

Some of these Spurs players are simply playing poorly. Villas-Boas obviously needs to take some of the blame but some of his players are playing badly.

It was an obscenely easy group for Spurs, but they dealt with it without any fuss. Good to see Soldado bag a few.

Learnt my lesson with the Europa League. Unless there is some massive value, stay away. Group stages, anyway. Knockouts might be a bit better as a few teams begin to take it more seriously.

Unsure why Juve can look so imperious in Serie A yet struggle so much in the CL against teams they should be beating. Same happened last year IIRC.
