  1. No surprises there like. It should be a good game.
  2. Hmm. I think privately he'll know he fucked up.
  3. Although it doesn't seem Bentley will last much longer at Spurs, they do tend to get good values for their players and by the looks of things they don't need the money. So I wouldn't be surprised if Spurs wangle £10m out of him.
  4. Lovenkrands has a bit of pace and movement about him. No, I wouldn't say he's good enough to be a consistently effective player in this league, but give him a chance, surely? Baffling that he hasn't been given one.
  5. They're not relegation fodder. Who said they were?

    Sunderland...

I'd say also cut off the supply to Bent but most of his goals are scrappy penalties/penalty box scrambles. He's a good goal poacher but technically awful, mind I doubt Sunderland fans care about that. I'd also watch out for Henderson. My Sunderland-supporting mate has been going on about him for nearly 2 years now and he's been their 2nd best player this year and the latter parts of last, if not their best.
  7. That would be some excellent time-wasting like. Particularly at the Britannia due to the run-up you can get. Dry the ball for 30 seconds (demanding a towel - wouldn't want to get your shirt too wet, you're not an animal), take a massive run-up and just throw it a metre in front of you to a teammate.
  8. One thing's for sure, not putting any money near Newcastle for the foreseeable future. Very unpredictable so far. Fwiw though, agree with Baba's predictions. Low scoring defeat.
  9. 2-1 Juve, Krasic gets his 2nd.
  10. Canny game at the moment. Juve 1-1 Cagliari, 20 mins gone.
  11. People need a scapegoat and will latch onto any incident, however small. As I've already said, he was clearly one of your better players today. He contributed more in however long he was on than Nolan did all game.
  12. Dunno if it's knee-jerking. He's done plenty of good things which he is rightly praised for, but today he got it wrong and hence, people are annoyed.
  13. The Tiote substitution was baffling. It just struck of Hughton thinking "I'll hoy a striker on for a midfielder" and no thought going into the change. If there was thought put into it, I don't know what he was thinking of.
  14. Bury the head fella. Nah. I can't see how you can justify relegation being "almost a certainty". In fact, I'm astounded you can say it with such confidence.
  15. Easily one of your better players today. He actually did something going forward, for a start.
