Also the German league isn't exactly one of the most lucrative as far as I know and I wouldn't have thought they match the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool in terms of worldwide merchandising revenue. I suppose they were 4th in the list last year as well, but I was just surprised to see them there for some reason. Am I right in saying that teams negotiate their own individual TV rights in Germany? I suppose that makes a significant difference.
