The state of that club even after they've been proven to have spent far too much money Sorry @Neil

football could take a few things from wrestling like.

That's out of order, if he's said that.

it's true mind, when I'm in the haze of a great result I think to myself I'd love for him to stay for 10 years plus, and keep growing with us. Just love the way he carries himself, how he represents the club, the togetherness he's created, how we bow down to nobody anymore, our intense and entertaining style, and the multitude of fantastic moments he's already given us. I think/hope these reports that come out every time we lose a couple of games are from lazy journalists who want Newcastle to fail, so they're desperate for the owners to be impatient and trigger-happy. Think Staveley at least is acutely aware how lucky we struck it with Eddie though and would fight his corner even if we're in a really bad spot. We're massively on to a good thing here and hopefully we'll not do anything to compromise that.

Can Arteta keep being reminded he was wrong every 3 or 4 days until the end of the season? As I'm quite liking that schedule atm. -
Thinks he can prontonise Trippier. Nar.

Look at the state of that cunt with the tash, man. -
Speaks really well as always but that's about a downbeat as I recall seeing him. Seems shattered and a bit gutted. Clearly really frustrated at the injuries as well.
-
Gutted at that like Some good spells but just came up short, unfortunately. A few less injuries and the last 2 CL fixtures might have been different. Really need some players back soon before it derails our season completely.

@ this and the comments. They're really proud of him It was straight after this in the video that a reporter asked why specifically the goal shouldn't have stood and he refused to answer and tried to divert to the Sevilla match. -

Arteta's pre-Sevilla press conference on SSN - prattles on about how him and the club have a "duty" to point out their views on things or whatever. And that they wouldn't change anything, they'll do this "again and again". Reporter asks if he can now say specifically what he thought was wrong with the goal, he smirks and says "now we talk about this beautiful game with Sevilla..." What an arrogant wanker. -

Jamie O'Hara laying into Arsenal on SSN, saying the moaning from the club and their fans has been a disgrace Saying Gabriel and Raya fucked up and should have cleared it. He's a bit of a meathead and obvs ex-Spurs but I'll take it -

Dermot Gallagher and 2 former pros all said the ball out of play and offside were called correctly as no definitive evidence of either. Which leaves the "foul". Gallagher said he thought it was a foul but he'd spoken to former colleagues who disagreed. 1 out of 2 former pros thought it was a foul (Warnock didn't). Gallagher said this showed how subjective it was and that although his personal decision would have been foul, the split opinions show it was a difficult one. All 3 said Havertz was yellow but he was very, very lucky. Gallagher said he should have had a 2nd yellow for another slide tackle later on. Gallagher said Havertz couldn't have complained if the original tackle was called as a red, and that the lack of solid contact from the lead foot probably saved him. The 2 pros said Bruno red but Gallagher actually said he thought it was a yellow. -

Something that's being missed among the hysteria around 3 big decisions is the referee giving them every single remotely marginal call all game. It was fucking scandalous and we honestly did amazingly well to overcome it.
